Matthew Baker at Vodafone Automotive was absolutely awesome.
In honesty, I’ve only ever had terrible experiences with Vodafone as a company, but Matthew was so brilliant that I totally forgave all previous misgivings (which is saying a lot) and subscribed again. Matthew should be rewarded for his kindness, understanding, professionalism and enthusiasm. He is an absolute credit to your company.
Waited 21 minutes together through to their customer service e team ! Nkn peak time 3 pm in the afternoon. Then whilst resetting security fobs the operator finished the call! I have no idea if my car is covered no one phoned back. I called to be confronted with you are call number 5 ...I have e mailed them.
When I changed from one car to another Vodaphone refused to credit any of my existing contract to the new car
I had 10 months to run on my contract so I lost best part of 1 year subscription and was asked for another year’s payment
The call call centre took 1/2 hour to answer and the operator was not interested
I would never recommend this company
I’m not exactly sure what they are supposed to be doing. This is a total waste of money. The number is constantly ringing if you accidentally forget your fob but there is nobody there when you answer and it carries on ringing and ringing. Eventually saying it’s turned off for the day. What an absolute joke.
This company are awful they never return calls when they say and just do not care. They changed my reg number (without any notification from me) and had the wrong reg number on file for 4 months they do want to investigate why they changed it and said “its correct now” but for how long
Unsure why Porsche use this service as I've had nothing but trouble since subscribing. I keep getting emails and text messages saying my subscription has expired despite paying a 4 year subscription 2 weeks ago. Each time it leaves you wondering whether we are still covered and have to try to contact customer service. Then you get cut off and have to wait for another half an hour to talk to customer service again. I would not recommend this service
Shocking service , constant queues to get through, each time 10 minutes plus. Did get through and was cut off, no call back. Poor in every respect. Considering the brands they work with, this is an embarrassment

They have not responded. Unless my vehicle is able to get from A to B without tracking there is something very wrong! I was totally locked out of the account.
Were they interested absolutely not. No excuses just responded no idea email the above.
Here is the question is the onus on the customer to provide a tracker for the insurance company which Vodafone My Connected are not providing?
I would think seriously before using this company based in Burnley.
