Absolute gem of a company!!
Unbelievable amount of help given to me as I didn’t buy my pump from this company. Simon had helped me through troubleshooting, supplying parts and even repairing my pump. I would have been lost without the support from AES. I highly recommend this company. Not out to make a quick £££ they really are here to help you get the best setup you require.

Wonderful company to deal with…
This company has the best customer service I have ever come across. I had a problem with a heat pump I bought a couple of years ago - they resolved it very quickly for me and when other problems cropped up through no fault of theirs they found a timely solution. I would not consider buying a heat pump from any other company. I sleep well at night.

A great company and not just when you buy from them. AES provided first class support when our heat pump developed an issue, working with the manufacturer to secure a replacement part. I’d certainly buy from them again and recommend them to others.
