Besvarelse fra Austral Stones
Dear Jeff,
We were concerned to learn that the spindle diameter of the earrings was unsuitable for your partner.
As we informed you via email, we would be pleased to assist you with a resolution. Please, kindly return the earrings to us, and upon receipt, we will promptly issue a credit, alternatively we can dispatch a new pair of smaller spindle diameter, according to your preference.
Should you have any further inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards.
