We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. Please know that the earrings you purchased are not made from a lower-quality metal. They are crafted from surgical steel, a hypoallergenic material that typically does not cause any skin reactions. In fact, this is the first time we’ve received feedback about a possible allergic reaction to our products.
We’d love to get in touch and find a solution to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
Amazing purchase *****
