I wish there was a no star rating - all the comments reflect my experience with this company - flowers did not arrive on due date and as I write this still have not arrived. If paying my Credit Card, suggest to raise a dispute against this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as many others have also advised. Total scammers - total waste of time and money - extremely disappointing - they need to be shut down!!

Ordered a Deluxe bouquet for my mother, the largest size available. I had been emailed that day saying some of the flowers had to be substituted due to availability, which is fine, but when I saw what they'd sent I couldn't believe how small it was for the price. Genuinely thought my mother had divided the flowers and put the other half of them into another vase, but no, that was what was sent.

The flowers were also just sent in a long cardboard box, not as an actual bouquet arrangement. Very disappointing and I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered from this site, I won't be doing it again.

Flowers were not delivered. The organisation is not contactable - emails bounce back (full mailbox), phone puts you on hold forever. This is a scam. Do not use them. I’ve reported to Consumer Protection. Please do the same if you’ve had a similar experience.

A poor product heavily overpriced and no recourse to contact- ( phone rings out and the “wecare@“ email bounces back because the mailbox is full! Seems like a scam set up!

They did not deliver on time despite paying extra. They sent the wrong flowers when they eventually delivered late, they came in a cardboard box, and half the flowers were wilted. The bouquet we chose was $70 but they gave us what looked like the last of the bunch from a discount bin at Woolies. The card had a piece of paper that was ripped and stapled into it with the message we asked for. Ridiculous, extortionate garbage. Customer service was also not helpful, giving us a runaround for getting a refund - they wanted us to return the wilted flowers to a post office??

BEWARE of this site. Not only do they not provide the flowers you request, they do not respond to emails or refund payment for cancelled orders.

Will never use again and recommend that you don’t if you want the flowers to arrive on the arranged date. Don’t waste your money. Couldn’t deliver on the day, was asked if the following day would be ok and agreed. Called after 3 days and was advised it would be another 3 days. Couldn’t cancel as the order was “in transit”. Only way was for the recipient to not accept and return the order. Just what I wanted to tell a grieving work colleague after the loss of a family member. Congratulations Aussie Blooms and Bloomex for missing a funeral delivery day, having ridiculous processes and the irony of your email address starting with “wecare”. An absolute joke. Will never use again and would give no stars if an option.

These guys stated they were an Australia wide service but emailed me to say they couldn’t deliver to a rest home facility. When I reply to their request for further instructions the email bounces back saying their inbox is full. Oh well $100+ Aud to them 🙁then I read all this negative stuff-should’ve done my due diligence before giving them $🫩☺️

Aussie Blooms is a scam. You will pay a high price for humus soil, not flowers. The customer service is not responsive, emails can’t be sent, delivery does not happen within a week.

DO NOT buy from this scam company. The whole website is a scam.
Ordered flowers on Monday, tuesday I get an an saying them they couldnt fulfil the order but replaced the flowers with something else I did not ask for. Anyway, the order was supposed to be delivered and it is coming up to Friday. Still in transit. If you're reading this, we will be getting our money back.

Placed an order based on their website pictures and paid premium arrangements and for the 25cm vase to fit the flowers. Horribly disappointed. Flowers look terribly small and cheap. And vase was so tiny placed to the side. What's the point if the flowers cannot fit in it. They are an absolute rip off for the price. Service is rubbish

Got an email a week after I ordered to say they can’t deliver on the day of my daughter’s birthday. The email support doesn’t work. They should have told me they couldn’t deliver on the day I selected! She will be away when they want to deliver and I can’t contact anyone

I completely agree with the reviews about this company.
Save your money and DO NOT use them. They charged $90 for ‘delux’ flowers and they were an absolute disgrace. The flowers that my sister eventually got were cheap and awful and looked nothing like the flowers I ordered.
I have tried contacting the company and the emails are returned. Also there is no response from the on-line form.

Flowers two days late, bad customer service, and have to pay another fee of $19.95 to have them delivered.

Do not buy from this company!!

I came here to write a review on this scam flower site. Now I see thousands of Australians have beat me to it .
So by now we all know how dodgy this florist acts online.
DONT BUY FROM THIS FLORIST the word is simple .

Ordered an arrangement for a funeral in South Australia. We were in a rush and never saw these reviews.
The flowers were about $200 and NEVER REACHED THE VENUE.
It's sad and shameful as this was for a friend's funeral and we wanted to send something from Queensland.
The mailbox was full and all the mails we sent just kept bouncing back (which is a trick).
Tried calling the helpline only to be hung up on not once but several times.
They pick up after a long time ask me the order number and then hang up and I'm left listening to that silly music.
I want a refund. Pathetic.

Absolute liars! Do not buy anything from this shambles of a company. Take your money & ignore all attempts to contact them. Mail box is full( how convenient) chat function doesnt work and tracking system claims not order has ever been placed, but funny how they can take your money and not refund for an order that doesnt exist! Avoid at all costs. Aussie con merchants!

Dont order from this company. you are promised free delivery over $99, then get invoiced for a delivery fee. you select a delivery date then when call to follow up find out that your order wont be delivered on the day you requested and would be the following day without any notification.
Dont be disappointed!, just dont order from them!

What a joke! Bouquet arrived 7 days late despite paying for next day delivery and didn't IN ANY WAY represent the image on their website, instead they sent cheap carnations. Customer service is awful, spent days on their live chat speaking to incompetent people. Wish I'd checked here before ordering. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This company is feeding off people that are trying to do something nice for someone they love and they need to be stopped. After taking my order for a funeral arrangement valued at $262 and they money cleared, they sent me an email 8 hours later stating that there will be an additional $35 delivery fee as it was required to be delivered at a certain time. This was after i spoke with their representative and he said it would be free of charge as the order was over $99.00. So when i disputed it they said we can refund your money but you have to wait for 3 to 5 business days for the refund and the funeral is 2 days away. Now imagen i was someone that didn't have access to buy more flowers. The worst company. Please don't waste your money and time with this company YOU WILL REGRET IT, I PROMISE YOU THAT!!!!!
