I gave a 3 stars as there is not much…yoghurt
I gave a 3 stars as there is not much flavor in the yoghurt especially the honey one, l got someone else to try the honey yoghurt to see what they thought as they love their yoghurt and they had the same opinion as l did, no taste of honey it was very bland, if you didn’t smell it before eating it you would think that it was a very plain yoghurt.

I was very excited to try the Marine Collagen, but I should've opted for a flavoured one... the unflavoured wasn't too great to have with just water..
I did add to my smoothies and coffees daily for a few days, and did see a little difference with my nail growth!
I do need to use it for a longer period of time.
Thanks ANC!
