Looking for so long on the internet, I got a bit confused and ordered 4 bottles of the wrong supplement. I emailed and politely explained, asking for a refund. Bottles not opened. They have been kept in a dark cupboard since arriving.

Got an email back this morning. How disappointing! 🤬 Basically said bugger off, we don't need you as a customer, you're stuck with the four bottles you don't want or need, we don't do refunds for change of mind (ordering the wrong product is change of of mind apparently). How disappointing! This company couldn't care less about their customer base. Will never order from them again. Life is full of little human mistakes. You keep my money Australian Natural Don't Care and you can live with my opinion of you forever! Disgraceful behaviour!

I love the product, but I am not happy about the amount of plastic wrap that was used to send one little bottle. Can you find a more environmentally friendly way, please!

Would have been 5 but just after I placed my order you came up with a new (better?) product at the same price.

Great selection of products and they are affordable, they also have free delivery after a certain amount. Quick delivery times also.

Finding the Easygoing products is a bit laborious. They don't seem to be in logical groupings.
And once again no Skimmers! Not happy!

Very disappointed - ordered 4/10/21 and still not received 21/10/21. From Sydney to the Central Coast? Pathetic.

When buying vitamins the person I spoke to was very helpful and made getting what I needed easy. When I bought cleaning product on line it was easy to see what I wanted.
