Reliable, secure, professional
Since my initial investment with Aurum Metal Invest (AMI) in 2020, I’ve made a purchase every year. It’s clear they have a good reputation for good reason. Each time I have interacted with Katie from AMI it has been a consistently pleasant and informative experience.
Being relatively new to investing in precious metals, I admittedly had many questions and concerns. Katie, as a representative of AMI, impressed me as being very knowledgeable and professional. She was very understanding and approachable, able to answer my questions and explaining any queries I had outside of the information on the AMI website – this helped a lot when I needed to make informed decisions about my investments.
The whole transaction was straightforward and handled smoothly, every time. Katie was readily available each step of the way, to guide me through the buying process and provide insights. This made every experience easy and stress-free for me, from initial inquiries to the purchase, to delivery. I felt that I could contact AMI at any time and count on their reliability to get back a prompt response that would put me at ease.
Another service that I availed of was the storage option that they offer. It gave me an invaluable sense of security to know that my assets are protected, and that I could see them whenever I wanted to arrange a day and time with Katie. This was a company I had not dealt with…No
This was a company I had not dealt with before so was logically a little anxious. Anyway, I placed the order and in pretty quick time I had it delivered discretely to my address. Very satisfied with the service and the price was competitive too. On a global spot price of gold there's not much scope to cut prices but Aurum invest were a tiny bit better than other outfits I've used.
