Good customer service.
Very good experience during hearing test.
Friendly staff.

My experience at the clinic was excellent as always and I have no problems at all. My only complaint was with the company policies in so far as that I pay £115 insurance but this does not include anything but the care of the hearing aids and the annual checkup. When I needed my earwax removed before I could have the hearing test, I had to go to another clinic as Hidden Hearing was too expensive - £70 for one ear! Where I went to have it done the cost was £40 and this would have been included in my annual insurance if I had purchased my hearing aids from them. Two other clinics I spoke to for a quote for ear wax removal were also cheaper that Hidden Hearing and both also included it in their annual coverage.

My experience was great and I felt very welcomed and accommodated. Staff are very thoughtful and respectful

Brilliant service, very professional. Extremely helpful and very polite staff, definitely recommend them to anyone. 👏🙏

They demonstrate professional skills..and they were really friendly and interactive

I was tested by Yejide on April 18. The method was totally different from my first test made an ear specialist some years back. The information that illustrated the diagram I was shown made me understand the level of my hearing loss. That was the reason I decided to take a loan to buy the device though I am a pensioner.

I accompanied my husband on his initial visit to Hidden Hearing, Bexleyheath branch. The Audiologist, Yejide, provided a wonderful service. She was very professional and thorough, explaining everything she was doing in a friendly way to both of us as I had to participate in the testing of my husband's hearing. The appointment culminated in the purchase of hearing aids which have proved to be 'life changing'. My husband had a review the following week, also conducted in the most professional and friendly way by Yejide and has not looked back. We both highly recommend Hidden Hearing, Bexleyheath as the local place to go if you feel you have any hearing problems.

As I get older I want a hassle free experience whatever trader I choose. I have known Hidden Hearing for a long time. Ever reliable, professional and friendly service. And from my experience hassle free of course !

I was impressed with the helpful and friendly advice given by Justine. She made me relax and kept me informed during the process. I was able to book a full hearing test and her recommendation. I would certainly recommend Hidden Hearing to my friends.1

I saw a wonderful audiologist first thing at their Bexleyheath branch. She was very professional, empathetic and had a great energy. Great service from their receptionist team too. thank you Louise S (SE London)

Made a big difference.
Explained everything clearly and through every step.

The clinics at Bromley and Bexleyheath were both welcoming and clean, face masks were available if needed and the use of alcohol hand rub was encouraged.
Jess was friendly and professional and communicated very well. She explained the procedure clearly and kept me informed of what was she was doing throughout the two appointments that I needed. She also clearly gave me aftercare instructions and recommendations.
I had been recommended to make an appointment with Hidden Hearing and am really glad that I did as Jess resolved my problem and in my turn I would recommend them.

Jane was very friendly and reassuring. She explained the procedure clearly and showed me the results. A few cautions notes about not swimming for 2 days and I was on my way. Thank you Jane.

The whole experience was great, the practitioner that I saw was Jane. She was very welcoming, friendly and reassuring. The service was brilliant and I felt like a new man once I had the ear wax removed.
The clinic I went too was the Bexleyheath one.

Right from when I arrived at Hidden Hearing Bexleyheath I felt at ease.
The Receptionist was friendly and helpful.
The Practitioner was not only very informative, but extremely good at making me feel at ease, lovely personality, good sense of humour and very professional at what she did for me. Micro Suction wax removal and a hearing test. I will definitely go back to this company when needed. Thank you to Jane kershaw.

It was the first time I have used Hidden Hearing to have wax removed and I found the service very professional informative and thorough very different from my previous experience’s with other companies. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had my wax removed by Jane at Bexleyheath and couldn’t be happier with the service! Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. She explained everything throughly and got all my wax out in one go. Will definitely come back when I need it done again!

Had hearing loss in one ear from a wax build up. Got an appointment to see Jane in Bexleyheath. She examined my ears and in fact there was a heavy was build up in both ears. Jane explained the procedure and did an excellent job in removing the wax. Managed to get it removed in a single visit and that was no easy task. So, my hearing restored in a pain free and very effective procedure. Full marks to Jane.

Was struggling with the wax in my ears, but no longer with the help of Hidden Hearing in Bexleyheath. Total solution and a wonderful job done by Jane. Thank you. I will be back. Thoroughly recommend!

Jane was brilliant. Very helpful, explained the procedure to me in detail. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to go, even just to check their ears out. I feel so much better after getting the wax removed.
