Excellent experience
We regularly attend Auction House Scotland networking events and always find the team to be welcoming and the speakers to be highly knowledgeable. The events are a great way to connect with professionals and other likeminded people interested in all things property and gain valuable insights.
Recently, we purchased our first auction property through Auction House Scotland and we must say the experience was far smoother than we had anticipated. Using Auction House Scotland enabled us to sell our house quickly, when the sale had previously been stagnating. Their marketing strategy reached a much broader audience, and they gave us practical advice on how to price the property. Their staff were professional and efficient.

Sale of holiday chalet
We sold a holiday chalet, which proved a difficult property to sell, not least because the cost of living crisis at the moment means few people are looking for holiday homes. Nicola Connor at the Auction House was tireless in pursuing sale opportunities and we eventually achieved a sale. We were grateful for all her efforts.

What attracted me to Auction House was their services options. In 1 Estate Agency marketing service. 2 Auction Service. & 3 Cash Buy. My house was sold on the Auction House estate agency marketing service. Staff members at the forefront assisting me were Matt Gunn & Nicola Connor. Sourcery Success!
I have recently completed a deal with Auction House through their Sourcery programme. I sourced a deal off market which didn’t work for my investors so passed the seller onto John who was able to find a buyer pre-auction. John, George and the rest of their team were brilliant to deal with throughout and I look forward to many more deals together in future. This is a great exit option for any sourcers out there and creates a win for everyone.
