I had never sold a property before by auction but on speaking to Dean and him talking me through the process i decided to take things further and meet him at the property , Dean gave me excellent advice on reserve price based on what i was hoping to achieve and filled me in what would happen next,At the time before the auction i received regular updates on progress from his staff. On the day of the auction i was over the moon at the result and all i can say is a big thank you to Dean and all his staff for a pleasant experience.
