Not sure if it's the company or just the suppliers, but one of the products (the side table) was way harder to put together than the other. It needed different screwdrivers and a lot of force using ma... Se mere

Item arrived in a timely fashion and is just as advertised. Very happy with everything, although it did take some manpower to put it together!

The cantilever umbrella arrived very quickly. We did have issues with the instruction manual (very limited instructions) and one piece was very tightly secured on the pole so we didn't want to pull it too hard in case we broke it. It turned out that we needed to remove that piece to put the whole thing together. Apart from this little annoyance, the umbrella is great and the website was easy to use. Very good prices. This umbrella coming in almost $200 cheaper than elsewhere and with free delivery it was a very good buy. It would be great it they sold covers for the umbrellas too.

Delivered in ok time but first delivery was short
Delivered in ok time, however first delivery was 3 out of 4 boxes , and had to contact the company. 4th box was delivered next day. No explanation as to why the 4th box, which was marked “box 3 of 4” was not delivered with the other 3.
