I ordered the Avernio airplane sleep system and it's just what I needed. I've traveled extensively over the years and no matter the neck pillows I've tried, nothing was ever comfortable enough to enable me to sleep. I always thought that some type of head restraint would be ideal and Avernio finally came up a solution. I tried mine for the first time on a cross-country flight this past weekend and just loved it. Within minutes I dozed off and never had an issue with my head slumping and the padding around my head blocked out background noise the facemask kept out the ambient light. I'm really looking forward to giving it a real test on my next international flight.

Great product but came later than expected. I wasn't able to take it on my flight.

I'm not getting any response for returning one of the items in my order of 2 in order 14413. I've been waiting 2 days and I've responded back to one question about why I want to return it and I answered back.2 days ago.

Easy ordering and shipping process.

Product works well on airplanes but does not fit the head rests on any of my cars. if there were and adapter strap so I could use it on a road trip it would be perfect! Also better instructions would be good.

I have to admit that so far so good. I will experience soon travelling in Asia for many weeks. It is very easy to activate and the rechargable capabilities is much more reliable than batteries. I will have both AirTag and Avernio cards/passport and will be able to fully test them.

I ordered my Avernio pillow Aug 5th and was acknowledged!

According to the tracking system my pillow has been stuck with no movement since August 18th !

I contacted support and was no help, I was sent the tracking number, lol

It really works. I thought that it might be a little uncomfortable wow was I incorrect. I am going to get one for my wife cause she is really jealous over her neck pillow.

It worked better than I expected and I had a great sleep on the plane. However, I did have a plane on the return of my trip where they did not have the proper headrest and affixing it would have blocked the screen behind me so I could not use it.

A great device that seems to relive the discomfort in my hands. The heat is great and you need to be careful if set too high it is very hot. The battery life is a bit short and really can only get 3 hands done before it needs recharge. Very happy with device.
