The tech who installed my direct TV was great.

No one came out to connect the pkg

I haven't even had service for 48 hrs and I already regret signing a contract with AT&T. Sales representative flat out lied to me on several questions about the services I would be receiving. I was quoted a promotional price that did not go through and now my monthly payments are approximately $80 more than what I was promised. I called customer service to try and resolve this but I have had little an unsatisfactory progress. In total I agreed to give them three more days to resolve this matter or I will pay there ridiculous cancellation fee for a contract that was not honored by there company just so I can end this nightmare. I was a Time Warner cable customer for, off and on, 15 yrs and I never expierienced anything this dissatisfying. I would not recommend nor will I return to AT&T.

I had to reschedule my installation because my information was apparently "lost." Rates changed from week to week. Installation is still uncertain because apparently schedules don't mean anything to ATT.

Im upset to much to explain in words, everything from the mailing address to the phone customer service i had a bad experience.

Fast support, easy system to turn on/install

After waiting on hold for 20 min. Just to speak to someone, I was told that getting a land line activated would take about three days. I received an email confirmation later that day saying it would be 1.5 weeks! For a land line! A pre existing line that just needs activation. I called them back, waited again, and was told too bad, nothing they could do. I said I am a physician, I need to answer calls. I just moved in to this house, is there anything sooner. I was promptly told no. And there was nothing more they could do for me.
I guess the demand for land lines is too much nowadays that the soonest they can do anything is 1.5 weeks. Too bad AT&T has the monopoly in this area or I would certainly use someone else.

I got disconnected twice, rerouted countless times and come to find out, it's because none of the reps, except for the last two, put the apartment number on my elderly dad's order! Ridiculous, that I should have to spend that much time, trying to get my dad's phone hooked up. He was just out of the hospital from a double amputation and no way to contact him! Finally I got two women, willing to do their jobs and he got home phone service. Thanks to the last two women I dealt with! Frustrating!

I never got my product...

We maybe the lucky ones but, our entire process was so easy and quick I was impressed!
1. Ordered online- fast easy and painless
2. New place was not ready had to call the day of install and cancel
3. THey were so nice and friendly and it was handled fast and without any headaches
4. New new place reordered by phone. So easy and quick
5. Installed right on time as planned. Twice as much as we had with TWC for half the cost!
6. Installer was Quick, polite, clean and a pleasure to talk to.
7. He walked us through everything and said to call if there were any issues at all.
Had to drop 1 star and the appointment was moved back 1 day (still under 3 days total) because nobody is perfect. Very well done

Never had this service installed because of lack of communication on at&t

I didn't get to pick my account info. It was assigned for me. They installed our main phone with answering machine downstairs - so my mother will have trouble getting her messages now. Oh, and they installed the equipment in our bar area - who installs office equipment in living space that is used to entertain guests like that? Who? Ugh. It's so ugly. (Supposedly it was installed in the most horrible space ever because it's central to everything. Except it is not central and everything in use is on the other side of the house!) And they may have ruined some of our wood trim in the bar area during install. It's hard to tell since they didn't clean up any of their mess from installation. So unprofessional. Will never recommend this service to anyone.

My initial call to sign up for home Internet and cable took an hour and 40 minutes. Only to receive an email three days later stating that my order was unable to be processed. I called the number back spent an hour on a phone call with a woman that barely spoke English and could not tell me what the problem was, only that she was processing my order. She did tell me I would be getting an email for service installationin the next day or two. Three days later I contact the same service department because I had not received an email, only to find out that my order was never reprocessed due to a missing security code off the back of my debit card. Mind you I waited on hold for 25 minutes before I got a person on the phone. Then when I asked how long before I could at least get my Internet the guy told me it would be 4 to 5 more days and there was no expediting it. When you have a customer that states they are going to find service elsewhere it may be in the companies best interest to try and keep the service.

I'm thankful. That he didn't give up and hang up the phone on me. I need to transfer funds from one card to another and the rep. Was patient and understanding. That AT&T.

I ordered 150 hd channels and 18 gb internet. Sales person told me it was 99 a month. Install guy came out and said I didn't get HD channels, and if I wanted them it would be 10 more. Dissatisfied with bait and switch.

I'm not happy with the way the customer service representative lied to me about giving me the best deal better than the one I saw originally on the internet. He screwed me on my service order my rewards card cash, my order, and on my setup service date. I was emailed the date and it was scheduled for a week later than what he told me on the phone. These representatives are wanting to make a sale saying the are giving the best deals

The phone call service was great however the flow up confusing. I received about 4 emails a couple of which stated that something was wrong with the set up of my service. Upon calling they stated that everything was fine. Hopefully my service gets installed tomorrow...

Nobody was rude, but i'm being told different things by different reps. I think i will cancel service

I love AT&T. There is no pressure or silly people trying to get my money. Thank you guys for providing an excellent service.

My technician was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful! What a great way to start With a new company. Thank you Joel!!!!!
