I had booked my holiday with Salim at AtlasTravels in July 2025. The experience I had was amazing. His communication was spot on. He sent me hotel names to see and he recommended the one his own family stays at. I went ahead with Grand Park Lara Antalya and I must say no regrets whatsoever. My teenager kids loved the food, the waffal bar, pool and the night time activities. The room was interconnected and rooms were spacious. I can not fault it at all.
They are the best & reasonable. Give them your budget and they will get you the best deal. Thank you so much. 💓

Excellent customer service not the first time we booked with them but from the moment I contacted them Omar was really helpful and made sure we were happy with everything booking our flights and finding us a hotel and got us a really good deal.Made sure it met our requirements and was really polite and patient in going back-and-forth with the changes and looking for a great location for us highly recommend them.

I recently attempted to book three hotels via the company’s website for an upcoming Umrah and holiday trip. The site advised me to call to complete the booking, and as a local, I decided to visit in person for convenience.

As frequent travellers, we are quite particular about our accommodations, and I had already identified the hotels I wanted after comparing prices online. Mohamad was able to offer me a competitive rate for one of the hotels. For the other two, I had found lower prices elsewhere and was transparent about this. Mohamad assured me he would have his team look into it and get back to me later that day.

I received a follow-up call advising that he would contact me the next day, but over the following two days, further delays were attributed to system issues. Given that hotel prices were fluctuating, I decided not to wait any longer. I booked the remaining two hotels myself, ultimately paying around £100 more than I would have had I secured the bookings earlier.

While Mohamad displayed good interpersonal skills, there is room for improvement in customer service and efficiency to ensure customers don’t miss out on the best rates.

Excellent customer care by Mohamed Salim who handled the entire travel package for me and my family. Resolved hotel issues for me upon arrival and for no extra cost he opened his office in the middle of the night so sort out my return boarding passes as I had to come back earlier due to an emergency. Best travel agents and service provided especially Mohamed Salim. Can't thank him enough.
