Daniel was really helpful throughout the booking stage of our holiday

Just booked our trip for Thailand next year. Daniel was quick to reply and efficient , quick to help make our trip what we requested, not an advertised run of the mill trip. Daniel was really helpful when booking a trip abroad

We booked our trip to Siyam World in the Maldives with Noah who couldn’t have done more for us. Even with the issues in the Middle East, Noah continued to provide options almost on a daily basis when our flights were cancelled. We were fortunate enough to get to the Maldives in these challenging times, all thanks to Noah

We just had to cancel our holiday to Dubai due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East.
Noah was a fantastic help assisting us to do this and also arranged to hold our deposit as a credit for a Dubai holiday next year all being well.
Noah helped us get a great price with a new holiday to Turkey after I found a price at another travel agency. He was able to come with a better price than I managed to find, managed to get us private transfers from the airport to the hotel and back. So far so good using Holiday Dukes.
Hopefully 2nd time lucky getting away on holiday in July.

Arrived back last week from a fabulous 3 nights, 4 days in New York, our agent was Arthur and he was fantastic, as we did not know whether to do New York or Nashville and we kept going back and forth until we decided and Arthur was VERY patient throughout with us :) He was informative of which hotel he thought would suit our needs and he definitely came up 'trumps' with the Riu Plaza Manhatten, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Holidaydukes and definitely Arthur, we have been so impressed with the service he gave us, we will be in touch for the next holiday - very soon :)
