I used initially Simon Fagan and subsequently Elizabeth Evans-Jarvis to assist me in an employment law matter.

I had a very positive experience with both, but I would like to call out Elizabeth in particular for her very professional and empathetic approach.

Dealing with employment law matters are typically a hugely stressful time, but at all stages the matters were dealt with in a really structured manner and making me feel like I was the client and being represented properly. In addition, Elizabth's commercial approach was VERY fair to me as a client. I was never made feel like I was on the clock. Elizabeth was upfront and open about fees and was as good as her word.

Good communication throughout process by Grace

I joined a group claim after the company I worked for went into insolvency and we all lost our jobs overnight. I cannot fault the service provided by Aticus Law, especially Grace. She was very attentive, we got prompt updates and realistic estimates of the timeframes. The process was lengthy, at no fault of Aticus Law’s, but the final payment was sent very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Grace was very helpful and informative throughout the process

We appointed Aticus Law for a flat purchase and were hopeful at the start. But over the last few weeks, communication has dropped off completely. We've had no meaningful updates, timelines keep slipping, and even the seller’s estate agent is being ignored.

We’re now at real risk of the sale falling through, which is incredibly stressful.

We’re still hopeful this can be resolved, but we urgently need someone to take responsibility and move things forward. Please, if anyone at Aticus is monitoring these reviews, get in touch and help us get this back on track with a meaningful update. All we've had recently is half hearted responses that have led to nothing.

I was recently notified of my unfortunate redundancy, and reached out to Aticus Law for the help of a solicitor.

I can honestly say that I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. My initial inquiry (handled by Bex) was responded to very quickly and ultimately put me into contact with the best person for the job.

Elizabeth, the solicitor on my case, was excellent. Elizabeth was always prompt in responses, proactive in calling me to ensure I was aware of any updates, and was extremely empathetic whilst I was going through something upsetting. It cannot be understated how important it is to feel you have someone in your corner, and Elizabeth was absolutely that person for me.

Thank you to the Aticus Law team! I would be extremely happy to work with you again in future (though hopefully not for the same reason).

From the initial interaction with the gentleman on the phone to start with was, clear , informative, straight to the point and completely relaxing, no pressure or stress .
To their word i have been kept in the loop at every stage of anything happening.
Grace is thier paralegal that has been dealing with me and I can't thank her enough for all the help she has given me , because I'm a dinosaur with tech she has helped me through the prosses and helped me with forms and such that because I've no computer I cannot do!!
