First time I had to call ATAG for a warranty call - excellent service. Engineer rang to arrange a visit and was there on time as expected, and far quicker than I had expected for a non-urgent call. Fault diagnosed, and new part fitted under warranty in less than 20 minutes.

ATAG Boiler - Quiet, Efficient and Reliable
Since we've had our ATAG boiler fitted it has performed admirably providing quiet efficient hot water and heating. When on one occasion the boiler failed to operate correctly it was down to a need to tweak the boiler's programming. Our gas fitter was able to resolve the issue on one visit with the help of an ATAG expert in real time over the phone.

Continued customer support from ATAG
Continued customer support from ATAG. Following a house fire my ATAG boiler was replaced in October 2024. ATAG have contacted me annually to check that everything is ok, however what really sticks with me are the comments of the gas engineer that fitted the boiler. He had not come across ATAG before and he was abolutely blown away by the qwuality of the construction. Not the cheapest boiler on the market but worth every penny.

The boiler has been great using the Hive - defo saves money as no longer need to put the heating on all night - A simple boost is sufficient.

Upgraded Boiler to ATAG
Whilst admittedly we had never heard of ATAG until our gas engineer advised us of them, we upgraded from our Worcester Bosch boiler to an ATAG boiler and the difference was profound. Instant reduction in monthly gas price despite using the same amount (on schedule).
The boiler is compact and the APP/Digital Thermostat makes the world of difference when setting schedule and temperatures.
Would defo recommend.

Rang ATAG on Monday morning
Rang ATAG on Monday morning, they quickly established who I was, the boiler model and confirmed it was under warranty and an engineer would be in contact. Engineer rang after lunch and arranged appt for 8am the following morning, He arrived on time and had the spare part in his van. By 9am he left and my boiler was working properly. No complaints about the service, everyone concerned did their job properly and efficiently. 10/10.

We bought our first house just over a year ago. We quickly realised that we would need to replace the heating system. We opted for ATAG, after a recommendation by our Plummer and doing a lot of research. An 18 year warranty, together with great reviews hooked us.
Recently we had an error that kept appearing and we just couldn’t get it to stop. A call to ATAG and they sent an engineer out to fix it under warranty. Problem solved. Very happy with the boiler and customer service so far!

After 40 years of having solid fuel…
After 40 years of having solid fuel central heating it was a great experience to have a new gas boiler installed.
The heating engineer I used recommended an Atag boiler as they had good reputation and backup.
To have instant hot water and heating is a bonus for us and we have had no problems in the year that we have had it.
I would certainly recommend this boiler to anyone.

When I needed to replace my old boiler…
When I needed to replace my old boiler in 2019, I did a bit of research on A rated boilers. At the time, 2 brands stood out, Weissman and ATAG. I'd seen Weissman on advertising signs at ski events on TV but hadn't heard of ATAG before. After reading a number of reviews of both brands I was visited by a couple of local installers. In the end, whilst both were comparable, I chose the ATAG ic boiler. It proved to be a good choice, and we did notice a reduction in the gas bills running the boiler for similar periods as the old one. Annual servicing was reasonably priced, by the same firm that fitted it.
Overall, I've been very pleased with the ATAG boiler, both in terms of the cost to install, annual servicing and the running costs.
I can highly recommend.

Fantastic kit.
Far more energy efficient than our previous boiler,cutting our utility bills. If we experience any problems, we only have to call Atag,they have qualified engineers on hand to answer any questions and assist with resolving the issues.
Initial outlay was more expensive than other boilers,but,it says what it says on the tin. It certainly is a remarkable boiler. I would highly recommend anyone considering a new boiler to choose ATAG.
