Highly recommend, no problems nearly 2yrs in.
Had never even heard of this company, so was dubious...but...my heating bills seem reasonable, had no problems at all, nearly 2yrs after installation..Nice very very quiet boiler...( great, as it's in a bedroom!) and e-mail from them last year to remind me my annual service was due ( v important to keep nice long warranty valid)

Pretty straight forward to install, very engineer friendly.
The ATAG team up in Scotland (Dean, Kenny and Stuart) have been absolutely amazing through the whole process (from initial purchase to final commissioning ). Had a few queries since it was my first one and they always answered their phones and answered my questions, extremely helpful.
Would recommend ATAG's to customers, but also to engineers due to the amount of support they provide from start to finish, making our jobs easier. Which in turn, makes the customers experience more enjoyable.

Ive had my boiler for 4 years
Ive had my boiler for 4 years, running like a rolls Royce, I fit them too and they are the best boilers on the market by far.
You can't beat the 18 year warranty.
Also the assistance for the engineers is 1st class, always getting calls from Kenny & Dean asking how they can improve things.

Very pleased with this ATAG Boiler
The ATAG combi boiler was a new name to me, it works very well, have had it for 2 winters so a very good test. In the winter I have my heating on continuously but this boiler has kept my bills at a very acceptable price. It comes with a ten year warranty most boilers only have seven so very pleased this boiler is only costing the price of an annual service for ten years.

We have had n ATAG combie boiler for 5…
We have had a ATAG combie boiler for 5 years during which time it has proved to be reliable with the exception of a fault which we had to report to ATAG customer services.
ATAG customer services were helpful and arranged for a heating engineer to contact us ( within 24hours). The contractor contacted us 9 hours after we reported the fault and arrangeto visit the next day. The engineer was very competant, after inspecting the boiler he explain what he would be doing to fix the fault. This involved replacing a part which he carried in his van and was completed within the hour. Because this work and part was covered by ATAG'S 12 year warrenty there was no charge.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality, quite operation energy saving very efficient reliable boiler. A useful reset button on the boiler with a guide to identify any error faults, when we had a fault we called ATAG who have friendly engineers/advisers who quickly checked our details and arranged for an engineer to come out the following day, spare parts sent out and quickly fitted to solve the issue. Long warranty for peace of mind. It is now coming up to 10 years since we had this boiler fitted, we decided on ATAG after our Gas Safe plumber recommended the brand.
