Our parent company was established in 1982 specialising in the design and installation of bathrooms, en suites and shower rooms. In 2003 the company expanded with the opening of one of the largest bathroom showrooms in Lincolnshire. As the company continued to grow, in 2007 our company expanded to cater for customers throughout the UK, offering the same dedicated service and continuing to build upon the reputation that has made our company what it is today. Asturias Bathrooms is our latest addition in the expansion and growth of the company, we will be offering first class bathroom products with the backup and support of our parent company. Using our 31 years of experience to provide a reliable service to our customers.

Discontinued Product
They sold me an item advertised on line, took my money but when l chased delivery 9 days later they said they could not supply it because it was discontinued by the supplier. They dealt with the query promptly and said they would refund my money.

Did what it said on the tin
Had no problems with Asturias Bathrooms. Ordered a bathroom cabinet online and it arrived when they had said it would. Packaging was undamaged as was the cabinet. Not yet got our builder to put it up; but everything that should have been in the box was, so not expecting any problems.

Unmotivated to find an alternatice courier
I ordered and paid for my Triton electric shower on Asturias website including delivery to Ireland which was an option in the drop down list. Then the next working day I got a call saying their courier doesn't go to Ireland any more anymore and they would have to refund me, which they did.
I just find it ridiculous that with the amount of international couriers operating in the UK and Ireland that they were not bothered to organise an alternative. Perhaps it was going to cost them more, no problem I am a reasonable person, I would have paid extra but I wasn't given the option.
Please remove Ireland from the delivery drop down list if its not really available anymore.
This was a very disappointing experience with ASTURIAS as this model shower is very hard to get in Ireland.
