Our parent company was established in 1982 specialising in the design and installation of bathrooms, en suites and shower rooms. In 2003 the company expanded with the opening of one of the largest bathroom showrooms in Lincolnshire. As the company continued to grow, in 2007 our company expanded to cater for customers throughout the UK, offering the same dedicated service and continuing to build upon the reputation that has made our company what it is today. Asturias Bathrooms is our latest addition in the expansion and growth of the company, we will be offering first class bathroom products with the backup and support of our parent company. Using our 31 years of experience to provide a reliable service to our customers.

Wrong address
We were sent a text message giving us the expected delivery time slot. We stayed in all day and did not receive our parcel. It came to light during the evening that the delivery person had tried to deliver our parcel to number 13. My neighbour was out also so she was carded saying they could not leave the parcel because it needed a signature. I telephoned this morning to arrange a free re-delivery. It was an automated call. I gave my consignment number and a delivery date. I hope I receive my parcel then

***Awful company warning
Awful company - don't waste your time ordering from them. Promise delivery 3 days on the run never turned up, took time off work , plumber waiting. 11 days since paying for products.

If I could give no stars I would, ordered a shower took money then told me it was discontinued still awaiting a refund 7 days later, and not even the manners to reply to four emails letting me know when i might get my money back !!

Ordered 3 items and was informed that delivery would be 2-3 days. Sure enough I received a phone call the day after ordering asking if I could take delivery the next day. Fantastic. Only issue I had was that only 2 items were delivered and only 2 items were mentioned on the delivery note. When I phoned up to query I was informed that 1 item had been sent via the post - I was informed as though I should have known this - but without any mention of this on the delivery note how was I supposed to know? Overall though great price, speedy delivery - just a bit more info if items are being dispatched separately would be a help.

Highly recommended company. I was replacing a shower, like-for-like, and done an online search. Asturias were the cheapest by a country mile (£150 in some instances). But cheapest doesn't mean poor service. Quite the opposite is true. Great communication detailing every part of the ordering/delivery process. Product well packed and delivered on the day they stated. Very satisfied and can't find fault.

Bought product and awaited delivery nothing happened so I chased and was told the product was out of stock awaiting delivery.
2/3 day delivery turned out to be 2 weeks
