We're delighted to hear that you found the ordering process straightforward, our communication met your expectations, and that your mattress has proven to be so comfortable.

We had to smile at your comments about the delivery! Our mattresses are vacuum-packed and rolled to make them easier to transport and manoeuvre around the home. We know it can be quite a surprise seeing a full-size mattress arrive in what looks like a kit bag, but watching it expand to its full size is certainly an experience that many of our customers remember!

We fully appreciate how frustrating this situation must have been. We recognise that the multiple collection attempts, together with the inconvenience of having to repackage the sofas, added to your frustration.

As explained during your contact with us, our collection partners require returned items to be packaged appropriately to help prevent further transit damage. In addition, each collection is booked for a specific number of items, with corresponding identification labels provided to the courier. Unfortunately, if the packaging or the number of items presented differs from what has been booked, this can sometimes prevent the collection from proceeding as planned.

We appreciate that where original packaging is no longer available, preparing items for collection can be difficult. While some retailers reserve the right to make deductions where returned goods are damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging, Aspire does not currently apply such deductions. If there was any misunderstanding during your conversations with us regarding this point, we apologise for any confusion caused.

We are pleased that the matter has now been resolved and that your refund has been processed. However, we are disappointed that the overall experience left you feeling let down. Your feedback regarding our communication, the repeated collection attempts and the handling of your case has been shared internally and will form part of our ongoing review of both our customer service procedures and our courier partners' performance.

We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and are sorry that, on this occasion, we did not deliver the level of service you were entitled to expect.
