I completed the Aspire Aesthetic and Restorative year long programme (2018). The course was by far the best investment I have made to date in dentistry. It has allowed me to deliver a higher level of aesthetic dentistry to my patients than I could before. Richard and Raheel are by far the most engaging course leads I have had from any course! Anyone who completes this course will not regret it! It is a complete game changer for enhancing your dental skills!

I have just completed the Aspire Advanced Aesthetic and Restorative course - and I have to say it is the best dental course I have ever done! You get to develop your skills and confidence each time with lots of help, hands on experience and guidance from Raheel and Richard. They are so approachable and always willing to help! This course has definitely been very beneficial to be and I would definitely recommend it to others!

I've most likely missed some of the teaching/opportunities as there seems to be heavy Facebook element to it which I left a long time ago and have no intention of going back to. Perhaps the forum will sort that out, but I'm yet to figure out how to get on that.

Richard and Raheel are amazing teachers. I could not recommend the course highly enough. My knowledge of aesthetic dentistry has improved tremendously along with my confidence in treating difficult cases.

I finally feel confident in my dentistry. The level of training and the teaching material is fantastic. I absolutely love Richard and raheel, they've allowed us to feel comfortable enough to ask anything.
My private income has doubled but more than that I am producing high quality dentistry, and I love them for that.
Teaching is a skill they have naturally and combined with a great personality and being easy to communicate with is what impressed me the most. The restorative, endodontic and occlusion courses have all been excellent, with thorough hands on experience and theory. Highly recommended for all dentists!

These courses have changed my dentistry and aided me to become a better dentist. The support from both Raheel and Richard has been immense and continues even after you’ve finished.

The handouts are also extremely detailed and so useful to go back to.

The Aspire Advanced Operative Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry Course is possibly one of the best, if not the best, post-graduate training courses I have done.

The teaching is outstanding, Richard and Raheel provide the highest standard, with quality and evidence base. No question is unanswerable, their breadth and depth of knowledge is truly inspiring.

I have finished my year with vast clinical knowledge, but also practical, it's hands-on to your hearts content!

There are an abundance of good courses out there, but none that teach you dentistry the way Aspire do. Resulting in a highly skilled, kind and approachable clinician that loves their job, and your patients will love you for it.

I look forward to my future Aspire journeys.

I recently completed the Advanced Restorative Dental course. As one of the older graduates on my day I would highly recommend this course to both new and older graduates.
Richard and Raheel’s knowledge and enthusiasm for dentistry and there support and patience with everyone makes it a really great course and the sense of fun they bring makes it enjoyable which is not something that can be said about a lot of courses. This course has been hugely beneficial to my working day and about how I think about dentistry. I look forward to doing further courses in the future.

Amazing course - would highly recommend anyone to do it. Both theory and hands-on practical aspects have been incredibly useful - Richard and Raheel really tailor to your learning needs which makes it not only personal but so much more applicable to your own clinical development. They've both got a great sense of professionalism and also humour. I really looked forward to the Aspire study days and plan to attend their other courses in future.

I recently completed the Aspire advanced restorative course and it has transformed my day to day work. Throughout the year it continually improved both my clinical and communication skills to where I now feel confident to treat any patient that walks into the surgery.

The Aspire courses have been game changers for my clinical practice!!

I was newly qualified associate working in a busy mixed practice when Aspire was first set up. I was getting a little bored of the routine care i was providing and was looking to improve my clinical skills as well as my earning potential. So after a little research, I signed up to a well known alternative restorative course.

I've known Raheel since dental school and attended a weekend course run on crown and bridge by Richard. So, when Raheel told me was setting up a restorative course with Richard, i was quick to sign up. My colleagues thought i was mad for dropping out of the alternative course but i knew with Raheel's drive and Richard's enthusiasm for teaching the course would be what i needed.

I was in the first cohort for both the restorative and endo course. The theory, course organisation and most importantly practical aspects of both courses were excellent.

I've been at my current practice for 7 years now including foundation training, long enough to review my own work. The courses have not only improved the quality of my clinical work but most importantly they have made it predictable.

I've lost count of the number of colleagues i've advised to sign up to Aspire- Raheel i think you owe me some money for this : )
As i believe it's the best practical based restorative course out there and so would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Embarking on the Aspire course is one of the best decisions I have made! My professional growth was immense. I grew in confidence, competence, knowledge and technical skills! Most importantly, I learned NOT TO cut corners and was encouraged to push my own standards higher.
All these were only possible thanks to the most inspiring tutors- Richard, Raheel and Vishal.

I completed both the Restorative and Endodontic courses with Aspire and have found it has increased my confidence and skill level to no end. I found the course was a good balance between theory and practical and with trainers like Richard, Raheel and Vishal you cant go wrong. All three are easy going interactive engaging speakers that make learning fun! Never though I'd say that.
The support after the courses is great and all three are always there for support and advice.
It was well worth the money and of all the courses i have been on it has got to be the best hands on course i have ever done. I would do more if they had any other courses running!

My private income has increased by 50% as feel more comfortable doing aesthetic work including tooth wear cases and my endo confidence and understanding has gone through the roof. I now know how to access without worrying about perforating!! Ok i may not of been that bad but perforation doesn't come into my mind when i first access. I am more comfortable doing reRCT and getting around ledges and blockages, litigiously i am more safe than i used to be with the materials I'm using and i see rubber dam as a blessing rather than a nuisance now! Al good things when you want to do high quality dentistry.

The course has exceeded my expectations in every way. It doesn't matter where you are in your career, you're bound to learn a lot and evolve in to a competent and more importantly, HAPPIER dentist!

The teaching covers the most basic concepts and works its way up. Often by the time we're due our first coffee break at 10 am, our brains are buzzing and possibly overwhelmed by how little we knew about procedures we practice day in and day out! Once we get to apply it, it all falls beautifully in place.

As phenomenal as the course is, making the most out of it greatly depends on us. It's hard venturing out of our comfort zones when planning treatments or gathering the courage to ask for longer appointments and different materials. Particularly if you work in the frustrating UDA system like my self. Not to mention the financial toll if you go nuts and buy a DSLR camera & loupes in 2 consecutive months! Bite the bullet and do it! It will change your life! and eventually pays for itself.

I've also done the occlusion course which I can not recommend enough. I used to switch off once the "O" word is mentioned! All that confusion has been replaced with a simple and systematic approach that I can apply to my daily practice. 

Richard and Raheel, I can not thank you enough for your patience in answering all my non stop questions! And your amazing support through out the course at the skills lab and remotely with my cases. 

I'm not where I want to be yet but you have shown me how to get there and I shall persevere.

I once had tutor at University who was simply the best; he had a vast amount of knowledge and always encouraged clinical practice. I learnt the most of my operative dentistry in the one year he taught me. Since that time I have not met another like him, until my path crossed Richard’s at a seminar. It was the first time since University I had that feeling that this chap sure can teach, and loves to teach. I decided there and then, that I will book on to every course I can where Richard is teaching.
I have now completed both the Advanced Operative Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry, plus the Advanced Endodontics courses, and I can safely say that Richard is simply the best. I also met Raheel on the course, and for a young dentist his knowledge base and technical knowhow was unbelievable. With that combination, both courses where absolutely perfect in their balance and approach. I had the most hands on time ever compared with other course I have done and know about. The learning was deep and holistic, meaning we covered the clinical ABC, but also the soft skills and ethics of excellent practice. The amount of knowledge Richard has, not just about dentistry but in all matters is unreal. He has probably forgotten more than I currently know!
Overall, I super highly recommend this course for the younger dentist, as I am sure this will shape your practice to be one high in skill, ethics and to lead you to be a great caring dentist. This is for the older dentist, like me, who needs to re sharpen their tools and feel the love again for excellence in dentistry. My words cannot do the course enough justice, but once you do it, you will know what I mean.

The Aspire Dental course changed my clinical skills and my career. I started the course lacking confidence but during the year I learnt how to make my dentistry predictable and successful, and as a result less stressful. I use the soft and clinical skills taught on the course on every patient I treat. What makes this course stand out from others is the time spent hands-on. Raheel and Richard have patiently watched me prep crowns, onlays and bridges, something no other course does. Approachable teachers, inspirational dentists and just two lovely guys. The course has exceeded my expectations, I cannot recommend it enough.

I can honestly say I use the knowledge and skills I built up during the Aspire restorative course 2 yrs ago every single working day. I met a great group of people, got a new job through people I met on the course, and am definitely doing better dentistry than I was beforehand. Richard and Raheel are approachable and a wealth of knowledge, and the course materials are fab. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the course!
