I was excited to find a bank which felt…
I was excited to find a bank which felt more aligned with my values. I moved to a small town and needed to continue using Wells Fargo for the immediate future. Due to inactivity, my Aspiration account was closed and there's no option to reopen. I found this disappointing.

I stumbled upon this app several years ago.
Aspiration is easy to navigate and deposits are FDIC-insured up to $1.25 million per depositor. Which I love! I swear, this app makes me want to save. Just need the money! Lol!

Aspiration is a game changer, but lately...
Aspiration has been a game changer and I really love their friendly service. However, lately my card has been getting blocked/declined more often than usual. In fact, I've had to call them 5 times this week (3 times in one day) to ask them to lift the "fraud alert" off my card. I mean, I like the safety and all, but I've never had my card declined this often. Now I'm trying to make a simple, everyday purchase after 9 pm on a Saturday, and my card is declined AGAIN. And there's no customer service available so I can't complete the purchase until they're available on Monday. It's infuriating!

I love this bank and have been using it since 2019 and seems to me they actually care about their customers. I will forever bank here as long as they exist being I've never had any issues whatsoever. Highly recommend this green bank!

The customer service Representative was great efficient and helpful. However I'm not pleased how my disputes are being handled. I was incarcerated at the time the unauthorized charges were made. I'm not understanding you gave me credit for the small amounts but not the larger ones
How can you approve one and deny the others when they all were apart of the same claim

Online Financial Institutions are the Future
I was introduced to Aspiratin through an ad online. I like online financial institutions. This is where we are now, so why not. I have had a good experience with Aspiration over the past...almost 2 years. I called for the first time yesterday and my problem was answered and resolved within an hour. Appreciate that.
