Very poor customer service
Paced an order with express delivery on the 1/7/26. No contact from Aspiga in the last two weeks apart from the original order confirmation on the 1/7. When I called to chase this up on the 15/7 I was assured a replacement was available and would be sent out immediately by express delivery. Four hours later I get an email saying my order has been cancelled as the dress is out of stock! What an enormous waste of my time and money. I wonder how long it will take to get my refund? Very poor customer service, won't buy from this business ever again.

Lovely dress
It’s a lovely dress, the cotton is so soft. The assistant was helpful. I’m a 14 which is between a M and a L so a bit big on the shoulders, otherwise perfect. Definitely shop there again.

The belt is gorgeous. I looked for a long time to find a beaded leather belt of the quality I bought in Argentina many years ago. Communication with Aspiga was great and the item was delivered promptly.

Beautiful
This is the second kaftan I have bought from Aspiga after using my first one for the first time on holiday in June. I loved it!
So cool to wear to the beach and so stylish.
Decided to order another one.
I hand washed it when I got home and there was a lot of colour bleed. I kind of expected this but it’s not ideal.
Instructions say gentle 30° machine wash but I’d be wary of what I put in the washing machine with it.
This kaftan is bright red! I haven’t worn it yet but I will probably hand wash it so that it doesn’t lose brightness and bleed on to other items.
Excellent quality and marvellous experience purchasing from Aspiga as always.
