First and last order with Aspiga
I ordered a pair of sunglasses almost a week ago and realised this morning that I had not received a confirmation of order or indication of despatch date. I called Aspiga and spoke to Lily, who after looking into the matter, told me they were out of stock in the warehouse but in stock in store … did I still want them!!! As I had paid for them (the money had left my account a week ago) I said I did. Lily said she could sent them in 3-5 working days - I advised that as I have already waited that amount of time, shouldn’t they be expedited? Lily advised me they would - although I can’t say I’m full of confidence! I asked that if I hadn’t called, would I have received the sunglasses at all - Lily responded that she didn’t know! Disgraceful service - first and last time I shall be ordering from Aspiga.

Lovely dress, just not quite right for me.
The dress I ordered was lovely, well made and fitted well, apart from the, for me, too low neckline, which was why I had to return it. I have taken one star away because of having to pay for both delivery and returns.

I love the pale pink dress that I bought, but when I ordered the same size in white, it didn’t fit so I have returned it and been refunded. I must say, though the delivery was incredibly slow and I had to ring up to ask where my parcel was.
