I love the Solo II
I love the Solo II. It is very user friendly. I have arthritic hands & this vaporizer is easy for me to load with my favorite dry herb. It is also very easy to clean & maintain. Customer service & communication are exceptional! Thank you!

It almost seems like you had a positive interaction with the team, but what you bought was disappointing in the end.

Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had buying from anyone online or in person. There was a shipping issue on my order and they reached out to me to make sure I had gotten. When I hadn't they shipped another one to me and were so friendly about everything I felt good buying from a company that really valued it's customers with such a personable experience. #FlawlessTransaction I'm definitely hooked as a customer I've set aside an allowance for myself for rewards for myself lol I love it!

Excellent customer service. I recently placed 2 orders back-to-back and when I contacted them they combine the orders so I didn't have to pay the extra shipping.... they also gave me an extra discount on the new order... would definitely give them my money again.
