Fake. Avoid at all costs. I received a fake watch I was told to return it at my own cost. When I returned it they did not send me new or watch or refund. They are not replying to my emails and blocked my email address. They are fake and avoid them.

Avoid!!!! Purchased a watch but wanted ti return. Was encouraged to keep it and they would refund me 20% of the value. I thought this was a nice offer, and decided to keep. 4 months later, blocked from emailing and calling - the offer never came to fruition. Lip service at its best. Don’t give them your money. Dishonest and disgusting company!

Avoid. This is a fake company. I purchased a watch and it was faulty. I returned it at my own cost but did not receive the replacement or refund. The company does not answer any of my emails. Completely unprofessional. Avoid purchasing from it.

I took my Cartier watch in for a battery and when I got it back it wasn’t working. Somewhere between the ‘quality’ check and picking it up 2 hours later, the mechanism ‘needed replacing’.
I have since learnt for Cartier that the mechanism is not replaced.
I landed up with condensation in watch, obviously not sealed and tested which has now caused damage to the dial, so I have a bill of £600 to fix it.

AVOID. SCAMMERS. THIEVES. CROOKS. Purchased a watch to give as a gift which turned out to be damaged and had already been sold and returned. Contacted them and all my emails bounced back. Phoned them, no one answered the phone calls. Wrote to them, no one responded. Managed to get through once and they said “send it back, we will send a returns label”. Nothing ever materialised. Ended up doing a credit card chargeback or whatever they are called to get a refund. Took over 4 months of hassle to get my money back. My advice: by from a high street well established retailer with a good reputation and avoid these types of online faceless scammers and cowboys.

I got my partner a watch from tick-tock watches and he felt the face was too big on his wrist , got in touch with tick-tock watches and they was very accommodating!! Ask me to send pics of a different watch he would like ( my fault for doing a surprise ☺️, the company always kept in touch with emails , in my opinion they was outstanding and understanding ! Definitely buy from them again

AVOID. Complete Scammers, Robbers, Cowboys. Counterfeit non genuine watches. Bought an Armani watch for my BF for Xmas. It broke immediately on getting out of the packaging.
Had to pay to return £10 tracked special delivery.
So many emails, just ignored.
Credit card company refunded me after a month, fortunately. But out of pocket with postage.
Stick to genuine bona fide companies. If it looks too good to he true, it is!!!

I bought watch that has been already sold out. I purchased the item via Klarna but they didn’t confirm the return. I still need to pay for the watch I have never received!

Paid £102 for a replacement glass on a Longines art deco gold tank. The replacement took ages. They put on plastic which was literally stuck on. It fell off after 2 weeks. Word of advice never use these cowboy scammers. Reading the reviews I think I got off lightly. Lost a customer!

Absolute cowboys, item received was counterfeit.
Returned item within specified times and no refund appeared, raised complaint with Klarna and I have finally received my refund from December. If I hadn’t paid through Klarna I would be one of many who never received any refund.
Customer service is shocking!

I ordered a watch yesterday and it clearly said order before 1pm to receive before Christmas. I ordered at 10.17 am and paid fir Royal Mail Next Day. Well, the postman has been and gone and no watch! Tik Tock says it’s closed today, phone number doesn’t connect anyway and I’ve been misled and because of them not adhering to their assurance to receive watch before Christmas, my Son’s Christmas will be ruined as now I have nothing to give him and I’ve already paid fir this watch. Rubbish all round and should’ve ordered off Amazon or EBay earlier this week.

Sent a faulty watch back on 6th November after numerous emails asking how to send to be repaired. After emailing them twice a week they have now said the place where sent has been robbed. Still no emails and have a number but it rings off after 2 rings. Customer service is rubbish so still waiting …..

Delivery came within 3 days packaged safety and absolutely over the moon with the watch!

Package came within 3 days including weekend and was in great condition. Only complaint is that I was never told when the package got dispatched

Like many other reviews on here I bought a watch, never arrived, was then told it was out of stock even though it said in stock on website at point of order. Was offered a refund and this has never happened. The phone number on the website is fake. They have stopped replying to my emails now chasing the refund. Please stay away from this site, it is a con and the will take steal your money

Paid for next day delivery, never turned up! Contacted them and told it wasn’t in stock so offered an alternative or a refund.
I requested the refund, and nothing!!! Fake promises, had to involve my credit card company to get my money back.

Customer Service very poor.

Ordered a watch, was told it was out of stock. Had the option to order an alternative but none was to liking.

Had no progress emails with shipping or tracking information.

Asked for full refund and that has also taken a very long time to be honoured back. I’m sure the website is fake.
