Waited in all day and didn’t deliver. No communication what so ever. Avoid arrowXL and very who use them for large deliveries.

Ordered a Television from Very, was told by Arrow XL it would be delivered today the 26th November between 13:15 and 16:15 to then receive a text from Arrow XL at 16:45 telling me and i quote…
“Sincere apologies, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver/collect today. We will now visit tomorrow. Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific timeslot, however, our crew will attempt to call prior to arrival to let you know they are on the way. Apologies for the inconvenience ArrowXL”
Having taken a day off work (unpaid) to wait in for the delivery to being told its not coming today with no information on a future time-slot or any ability to arrange another delivery day is wholly unacceptable.
Arrow XL are an absolute joke of a company and cannot understand why any big company would even consider using them as their courier service.
Ridiculous delivery window
Made me go to the property at 6:30am under the pretence that they would deliver between 6:30am and 8:30 am and then didn't show up until c.9am. Clearly I wasn't the first delivery and they had no basis for estimating they might deliver at 6:30am but they decided to make me go to the house for that time anyway.

I'm still waiting for my washer dryer. From AEG. Why does a decent brand use this delivery firm. Web chat never gets an answer. Phone lines always have over 50 people in the queue.

If I could give them no stars I would. Notified all morning that my order was due to be delivered, 10 minutes before the delivery window they informed me that they were not going to deliver. No reply from their chat line and apparently they have a technical fault on their phone line! Avoid using them at all costs, useless.

This company is nothing but a disgrace and a smear on Very Store. I don't know why Very is using them. They give you a Customer Service email that is not working. No customer contact telephone number. I sourced one from Google that was correct, but their telephone system keeps saying, “We are sorry… we are having technical problems.
Worst delivery company ever
Worst delivery company ever. As all the other reviews - avoid any firm that uses them as a courier. Ordered my furniture from Dusk and got a text 4 hours before the delivery time saying it had been cancelled. They've lost one of my items and are refusing to deliver the rest. Phone line is always having technical issues, rude staff, no complaints proceds and no help whatsoever.

Expecting twice a delivery of kitchen…
Expecting twice a delivery of kitchen appliances by this company to get last minute text message stating unfortunately we will not be making today's delivery due to warehouse issues. They had had the appliances for 2 weeks now and when you call customer service you are in a que for well over an hour to get through to anyone. Don't even bother with the Web chat as they do not reply.. Disgraceful incompetent company avoid at all means.
What a joke
What a joke. They cancelled my first slot due to unavailability. The second slot was also cancelled (on the morning of delivery) because the parcel was sent to the wrong sorting hub. Later that evening, the Courier surprisingly turned up with my name on their system but no matress in the van - you couldn't make it up really. Since then I've received no new date and live chat attempts have failed. I'm so angry and frustrated.

I had a bad experience with Arrow XL.
The first delivery was damaged,
the replacement went missing and the third delivery was cancelled. I ended up cancelling my order altogether.

not worth 1 star!!! I would rate it 0/5 if I could. Waiting for a 6 seater table to arrive and the warehouse have 'lost' this and attempted to load it onto the van twice but unable to find the table.... make it make sense? no communication, days taken off work to be in for the delivery, 2 hour wait time to talk to someone on the phone/web chat.
What a joke of a company
What a joke of a company. First they lied when they said the item didn't reach their warehouse until after midnight. Yeh, midnight the day before - the advisor couldn't understand that it wasn't after midnight on the day I called. Rearranged, driver said he couldn't find the address. We could see him at the end of the road, told him we'd come and guide him, he said no and drove away. The knock on effect is to recommend not to order from Dusk if they continue to use Arrow XL.
Beyond useless
Should be Zero Stars. They have failed in every way possible for what should be a simple 'we collect an item, then we deliver an item', how hard can that be?? Reading the reviews it must be much harder than it seems.... Day off work to wait for an Estimated Delivery Slot of 12.15-15.15. Sent a link to track, checked at 12.30 and said we were delivery 31 and was currently on delivery 7. This tracking system never changed or updated after this. Tried doing the 'online chat' as recommended by the ArrowXL. Waited 35 Minutes with no response. Found a number so called, another 40 Min on hold to be told that they can see the tracking is down and cant tell me the ETA, but the deliver up until 7pm, so afternoon/evening plans cancelled. 7.23 PM a text to say 'Item could not be delivered, see Live Chat for more info', tried chat again and again after 30 Minutes no response. Tried chat again following day, no response. Called and told Id receive a message to a link to re arrange. Called to be told 48th in que. Called following day to be told 58th in queue, called today to be told 53rd in que.... as my daughter is now sleeping on the floor waiting for a new bed to be delivered we have no choice but to cancel with the original supplier and order one else where.
The worst of the worst
Companies who use this wretched Arrow XL Limited are actually harming their own reputation. I will not buy from anyone using this delivery company, not unless they agree to use a reputable one
Horrendous company
Horrendous company, unable to contact and this has been on 2 occasions now..I don’t really know what to say other than they are utterly appalling so don’t use them..they schedule collections in and don’t come..no responsibility and extremely difficult to get a response and even then nothing happens.please don’t use this company they are nothing less than useless
