Updated : to find Arrow XL limited & Arrow XL by Jp home are the same company.. and guess what folks.. a rebrand from YODEL XL - yep the worst couriers in the U.K.! If you write a review here, make sure your copy it over to both trust pilot accounts.

Ordered a package (an expensive one) for NEXT DAY DELIVERY via Amazon as birthday gift for my son.! Which was needed by today (Saturday). Should have arrived the Tuesday before.
I even received a time window from arrow the night before.
Come the Tuesday, recieved a message that it hasn’t arrived at depot and would be rescheduled. (You assume the following day). Not heard anything from them since.
I contacted Amazon, who stated their system said it was due for delivery on the Thursday, and again the Friday oh and again the Saturday!
Reading Amazons internal tracking info shows it had been rescheduled multiple times.
So Arrows own tracking now lists it due for next week, 1 week late! Yet the tracking info states they contacted customer with updates. PURE LIE.
So they are clearly feeding false tracking to Amazon and false information stated in thier own tracking service.
No one answers there online chat or reachable on phone!
So thanks a lot, absolutely useless courier who lies to the sender and receiver and even if it arrives on the apparent new booked date it’s already 7 days late and 4 days late for its need and one upset child!😡
5 Hours after slot, and cancelled
Was waiting for a new fridge as my old one stopped working. Selected a slot, and was given a slot between 2 and 5. At 7pm they cancelled, and I waited for them all day. The next available slot was offered 2 weeks after. I CANNOT ACCEPT AS I WILL NOT HAVE A FRIDGE FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.
I watched the 'tracker' and saw the delivery vehicle spend hours upon end in Harpenden, and was shown on the map around the corner from me with my delivery having one more item before it. Then it was cancelled, and I only found out by checking the tracker. A while later I finally got a text to say it was not delivered.
What happens if the next date, which is 2 weeks before Christmas they also fail to deliver the fridge? I will be without a fridge for 6 weeks at least from the second half of November to the end of December.
It was also convenient how the cancelled delivery notification was received momentarily before the end of the online chat period.
This is unacceptable.
NEVER DEALT WITH A WORSE DELIVERY COMPANY
I ordered a new bed and matress for my daughter with a scheduled delivery date.
Waited all day and received nothing when checking tracking is stated both had been delivered and electronically signed at 8.17am.
It took nearly 2 hours to get through to customer services who just said they had not received the package at the depot. I asked why do I have all information stating it had been received at the local depot on the tracking info. Lady on the phonr stumbled and said its been delivered but its not been scanned and put onto the van. I asked why and she couldn't give me an answer. She then said I would probably receive a message to reschedule the delivery but it may take a couple of days. She had nothing else to say regarding this. I also asked why this was not flagged up sooner and explained that it would not be delivered
This was planned for my daughter and we had removed her old bed and mattress. Shes is extremely upset as she will now have to sleep in her parents bed squished up. I am completed frustrated with all the lies this company has fed me and how long I had to wait to hear it. Poor poor poor company !
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Just to give an update I still have not received the bed 12.12.25 supposedly we will receive this next week. It will be a miracle if we do.

Avoid if you can. I don´t write reviews too often, but the experience with them was so bad that I just had to. Why would any company use them as their shipping service? I also will never buy from this company again because they ship with arrowxl.

Arrowxl is a joke of a company.
I paid for a specific delivery date, took time off to wait for the delivery…and nothing.
I called the depot but it was an answering machine that informed me that they no longer take phone calls for customer service and that communication is now all done via chatbot.
Problem being that nobody appears to answering the chatbot queries.
I have no idea where my delivery is or when or if I will receive it.
Edit: Contacted the retailer Very, who told me they are nit allowed to call but only email Arrowxl to find out what’s happened.
I received an email from Arrowxl saying the parcel has been delivered - it hasn’t and there’s no proof of this.
Shocking ‘service’ and dishonest.
Will be reporting to Trading Standards.
Terrible Courier AVOID
Terrible experience from start to finish. ArrowXL failed my washing machine delivery twice. The first appliance was ‘damaged in transit’ before it even reached me. On the second attempt, I have clear video evidence of the driver parking outside, sitting there, and then driving off without making any delivery attempt. Yet they claimed ‘nobody was in’ and sent a pointless photo of the building’s exterior intercom as their proof.
Their customer service was just as bad. I waited over an hour to get through on live chat, only for them to close the chat because I didn’t reply within two minutes — even though I had been actively waiting the whole time.
This left me without a washing machine for days, and their attitude showed zero accountability. I’ve cancelled my entire order with the retailer because of ArrowXL’s incompetence. Avoid them if you want a reliable, honest delivery service

Cancelled 2 days running, again said they will deliver Monday, 1/12/25, so thats 3 days wages lost, apparently vehicle problems 2 days running, disgraceful

We have been waiting for this company to collect our mattresses for 3 weeks now, each week we arrange a day and then they never show up. Phone lines are turned off so can't speak to anyone, absolutely awful service

Dreadful company. Waited in all day for a delivery of a £400 item. No contact all day, just the same time slot of 5.30pm delivery slot showing. NOTHING received Then BAM at 11pm Suddenly shows as delivered and signed for at 7pm!!!! Firstly NOTHING has been delivered. YOU ARE LIARS. This will become a police matter if not sorted straight away and a full apology given for Lying and waiting my time

Absolutely shocker of a business. Waited in all day for my dusk bed delivery for them to arrive at 9:30pm ring the doorbell and drive away?? I’ve had to physically chase them up the street and ask where they are going for their response to be it’s been “ cancelled” I’ve had no email , text message nothing all day absolutely pathetic.

Dreadful service from ArrowXL, I’ve lost 2 days now waiting for delivery of 2 sofas from Dusk. No communication from either company. Web chat is non existent! Appalling!

This company is impossible to contact. They have online customer service and I have tried to chat with someone regarding my delivery for days. When I’ve tried to call them they had technical difficulties or the lines were closed. No response whatsoever. I am considering cancelling the order as I cannot fit within the delivery slots they are giving me.

Ordered a shower tray from Toolstation. Received a text from Arrow with a date and delivery time slot a week ago.. A couple of hours before the delivery slot, I received a text from them saying there was an issue at the warehouse and to wait for someone to contact me to organise redelivery.
After waiting for over a week and heard nothing. We contacted the supplier who said that Arrow XL were showing on the tracking that I had rescheduled my delivery 10 days after the original planned date, which is a fiction. I have never spoken to them or have they contacted me. Total fabrication. Try to ring them and it is always a recorded message saying that they are having technical issues.
I have cancelled my order.

The worst delivery company ever! Failed to deliver my sofa and chair twice already with a week space so I have been left waiting for weeks without furniture. Every failed delivery says “delivered with electronic signature” absolute scam! I’ve already made a formal complaint. I am not going to leave this unresolved

Waste of time
Purchased a bed through Dusk and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday by arrowxl. Delivery day and I got a call from the driver at 1.30 saying he's 30 mins away.
6pm and still no delivery. Never had any notification from them at all. Then told by Dusk it's now booked for Thursday. Again no delivery. Currently without a bed and had enough of the 'we understand how frustrating this is'. Lost two days wages waiting at home for the delivery. Absolute *** shambles of a company. Still no bed as yet.

Failed to deliver
Failed to deliver an oven from AEG & sent a text message saying due to unforeseen circumstances they would deliver the following day. No checking whether this was convenient for me & no time slot given. Called them the following morning to get confirmation & just a voice message saying they are having ‘technical issues’. Tried their online chat & that’s not working either. So far wasted 2 days holiday for this. Would not order direct from AEG again if they continue to use this shocking courier company!
Update: Arrow XL have now dispensed with their support telephone lines & now only respond with online chat, however no one appears to be manning this service as I had no response for over an hour. Escalated to AEG who could only suggest that they try to contact the courier themselves & wait for a response. What a joke. Looks like my only option is to cancel my order & buy from a company who doesn’t use Arrow XL!

I don’t understand why Amazon uses this company. 1st time the drivers left my fridge on the door because I was not there. This time my living room cabinet is saying delivered on their tracker but i haven’t received anything. I asked my neighbours they didn’t receive anything. I am really really angry. I will now avoid to buy from Amazon because of this.
