Extremely Disappointing Experience

I placed an order for a dress with this company, which took six weeks to arrive. Upon receipt, the item was of very poor quality.

I have sent three separate emails to the company to express my concerns and request information on how to return the item, but I have received no response. This lack of communication and disregard for customer service is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before making any purchases from this company

This is a scam company, they are thieves

I ordered a Lego F1 Red Bull car 4 weeks ago.
Have told me they are looking into where my order is and as soon as they know they will let me know.
Wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

Terrible company - do not buy from here! Ordered some genuine leather shoes - when they arrived which took a month, these are not leather - the have no markings on them at all to say they are leather and stink of chemicals. The sizing is far too small - when asked about sending back they want me to send to Netherlands and pay lots of costs. These people are a total scam

It has been over a month since I ordered stuff from them, update it has never arrived. I have made several contacts then and I am getting anywhere.

Do NOT buy from this company took nearly 3 weeks for delivery. Product was cheap and nasty and to return you need to send it back to the Netherlands at your cost including taxes ! Stay away

Definitely a scam . No 50 pounds suit , needed for my mums funeral. Communication blaming shipment difficulty. Do not use .

This company is a scam, I paid for winter boots for my wife is over a month . I track and it gives me no feed back, I sent email and over a week no response. This is a complete scam. Do not buy from them.

Do not buy from this company or website. Items do not arrive and they do not acknowledge your emails. Reported this company!

I would give zero if I could and am gutted I didn’t see these reviews before I ordered.
Waited weeks and got delivered a rag - awful quality AVOID AVOID AVIOD
You have to pay all shipping costs and insurance for your return and chase it up constantly and it will never arrive…..

The use of London is false advertising to everyone. Ordered Ashford | July Elegant Spring Jumpsuit With Single Breasted Neckline - it's nothing alike, this was for my graduation. I'm so unhappy!

I have a very similar experience to many others. I rarely order from unknown websites but I was just tempted because I liked the coat. It wasn’t arriving so I contacted my bank and made a claim and they refunded me money but the coat finally arrived after a month with a Chinese label. When I tried to contact them they were sending emails about transport delays. The quality of coat is not what I’d have expected from a website like this. Looks rather cheap. So it was an embarrassing experience but I’ve learnt to be cautious.

Scam company from China, send out plastic crap that look nothing like the items ordered. No chance of any refund so claiming back via credit card fraud scheme.

Ordered two items for £99 five weeks ago. Arrived today, and the men's jacket is a child's size and the jumper is tacky. I wish I had googled before buying, as I have lost £99.

After waiting a very long time for it to arrive, the item I purchased was very poor quality and definitely not as shown on their website.
On review, their returns policy (pay your own return costs) is also sub-standard so this company should be treated with severe caution.

This company are shameless scammers! I ordered a coat/Jacket. After weeks and weeks of delays it finally arrived and is appalling. It's nothing like the picture of the coat I ordered. I could make a better coat myself!!

Similar to others' experiences, I ordered some boots that took weeks to arrive, are poor quality and bear no resemblance to the the images in the advert. The customer service email address doesn't exist.

Checked out the website after wanting to buy some boots advertised by them on FB. Lovely looking couple, very nice looking UK shop and well presented website. DO NOT BE FOOLED. This is a total SCAM, designed to make the company look like a top quality British clothing business. It's not. I paid £49.99 for boots that looked like lovely leather and top quality, had friendly email conversations with 'Emily' about delivery times. Now the boots are here and don't fit and are cheap plastic, I've found I have to pay between £10 and £20 for return and emails requesting a refund are being ignored. Now checking on Trust Pilot, I see I've been scammed out of money I can't afford. I'd award a 0 if I could.

Was going to buy something I saw on a social media ad. Luckily came to these reviews and discovered that their "made in UK" claim is nonsense as everything is posted from abroad and it's all basically a scam. Looking on the 'About' page of their website, it's clear the picture of the 'founders' is an AI image.

Disgusting. Waited a month so far for boots “being sent from the uk in 5-7 days” they’ve cleared customs finally though 🙄. Bought for a birthday and obviously missed it. Customer service has been none existent. Now I’ve seen other reviews and worried about the quality as they’re winter horse riding boots so need to be warm dry and sturdy. Just don’t buy from this site. I wish I’d seen other reviews sooner.
