I too have been taken in by the UK family company. Waited weeks for the parcel (£198 spent). Awful products.
I did get a response to my email after I tracked the order & saw it was mid air. Realising it was from China I knew something wasn’t right.
I emailed again yesterday asking for a returns form as there is a return postal address on the parcel. If I don’t hear within the next 2 days I will be placing a complaint to shopify…

Absolutely dreadful garment, nothing like what is depicted in the image. Avoid at all cost, they don't respond to emails etc !

received my boots, not the ones I ordered, total waste of money would not even ware them!!! total scam!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before purchasing from this dreadful company. I ordered a size 14 as the order form said the sizing was small. I received an XXL which is more like a 16-18.
The look is completely different to the advertisement on Facebook, the fabric is cheap. There was no returns label and when I tried to email them, the email kept bouncing back saying company was probably blacklisted.
An expensive lesson learned......always read the review before ordering.

Scam. Avoid. Pretending to be posh but clothes are cheap and nasty. Will be using mine for gardening only.

Scammers! Bought Puck puffs jacket, inferior quality, cheap, not correctly sized. I repeatedly asked for the returns address, was fobbed off with dissertation length replies.
I contacted my bank and they arranged a chargeback claim and I got my money back!

Scammers. Cheap quality clothing that looks nothing like the advert. Customer
Service email gets return as undeliverable. Products come from China and not based in UK. In short this is fraud and as such I have logged a report with the Police national Fraud Action portal.

Oh I wish I had read these reviews before I got sacked in to thinking this was a longstanding British company.
Disgusting pleather jacket turned up when I ordered a leather jacket.
Have emailed about returns but dont hols out much hope reading the reviews :(

Avoid at all costs - agree completely with all other reviewers, clothes are cheap, and poorly made - obviously a scam, feel stupid for having fallen for it

Scam seller. I saw an advert on Instagram, the items looked ok and the store looked genuine with a physical location in the UK. Unfortunately the item have arrived from China and is extremely low quality. They have not replied to my emails.

Fake fake fake. Chinese rubbish. Complete con. 100% Money back guarantee 100% useless. They will not allow you to return anything and think you will accept 15% back as "gesture of goodwill". Customer service handled by Emily bot who is unfailingly polite and completely useless, mainly because she has not been programmed to do anything else except stop you returning anything. And I assure you, you will want to return whatever you mistakenly buy. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

I wish I'd read these reviews before making my purchases! Terrible cheap clothes made of polyester and the website is a complete fake, that nice looking couple on the their website is AI, I now realise! Bought 3 jumpers hoping to take 2 back and now i've received them I can't take any of them back as the company doesn't have an address and are not responding to my emails. Note to self: don't buy from Instagram without doing a full check on the company first! £146 down the drain.

Extremely long delivery time they sent the wrong colour product looks absolitely thrown together with cheap fabric certainly not the type of fabric that appeared to feature in the photos. Look like it had been thrown together by a teenage student at home and came with a scuff mark in the panel of fabric that was used to make the front pocket.
Fake UK heritage brand don't bother with them now seeking a refund, don't particularly expect one will most likely use it for gardening

Scam.
I looked at the contact page to see if this was a Chinese scam page. Seemed they were in Oxfordshire. Once the stuff was dispatched it became clear they are in china and returns are in the Netherlands!! They send you cut and paste replies to “where’s my stuff?”.
If I could give it zero I would.

Delays and dreadful goods, wrong size and will not refund.
A dreadful disgusting company who should all go to jail for misselling.

Total agreement with other reviewers, total scam. Goods arrived weeks after ordering and poor quality, nothing like the advertised garment. There are quite a few similar ‘fronts’ on instagram but don’t be fooled by the images and talk of things like timeless elegance- they are fake. Avoid at all costs!

Thought I was buying from a reputable british company. Poor quality product, scam setup, lesson learned.

Misleading descriptions and Images used to entice consumers to purchase. Products are not as described, of poor quality and not fit for purpose. The ‘hassle free return’ policy is a complete fabrication. Consumer protection rights are not adhered to. Prevarication by customer service which result in denying refunds. Do not use this company - reported to trading standards.

Avoid at all costs. I bought a jacket which I saw via instagram. Arrived from China, terrible quality and too small. They are reluctant to offer a refund despite asking many times. I’ve been offered an alternative size and 25% refund if I keep the item. I’ve ended up raising the issue with my bank, who also informed me that they set up a recurring payment. Do not believe what you see on the website.
