Terrible quality. Sent wrong size and then couldn’t get any help with a return. Took ages to reply. I have lost my mo et and am stuck with rubbish shoes that don’t even fit. Thieves, liars and fraudsters. Avoid at all cost.

Scam site. Poor quality/cheap boots - nothing like the advert picture and bad sizing (I'm a UK 4 or 5, but ordered the 5 to be safe - they're way too small). As per comments below... wish I'd checked Trustpilot before ordering!

Do not buy! Jacket too small, cannot contact to return. Email bounced back as not found, no phone number. Having read these reviews I should have done more checking before buying, lesson learnt!

Absolutely shocking company. They won’t provide return address to return items. Contact website is wrong. They try to offer 15% refund but won’t let you return items. I’ve been trying to return an item for a month! Don’t buy anything

What an absolute load of rubbish! So disappointed and no money back DO NOT BUY!!!!

What arrived in the post was nothing like what was advertised. A cheap nylon shapeless hoodie, instead of the strong cordoura outdoor clothing item that was advertised.

Fake site, pretending to be a couple in Oxford UK, but actually cheap tatt from China. You'll discover when tracking an order that doesn't arrive for weeks. Support either don't answer requests for information or when they eventually do, don't provide the information you asked for (eg Returns address). The clothes look nothing like the website, and "cosy knits " feel like they're made of plastic. Deliberate misleading too as there isn't a hint of China anywhere on the website, not even hidden in the terms and conditions. So far they've ignored my efforts to excercise right to cancel within 14 days. Avoid!

Same experience as everyone else. Business masquerading as a traditional UK business, but poor quality products shipped from China that take an age to arrive. Customer service is appalling. They eventually responded offering progressive refunds of 25%, 35%, 40% and even offered me the opportunity to choose an item of choice from their site and they would cover the difference. All I wanted was to return and get a refund but they will not give return address or start process. Company no longer responding to emails so went through bank for chargeback and they have been great. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! You have been warned!!

Wrong size, terrible quality of fabric and finishing. Worse than Primemark and 9 times the price.

As per previous reviewers, SCAM China based company using photo shopped images that leaves customers to believe they are a 2 decade old family business based in Oxford. I became suspicious when the item ordered failed to arrive, yet I received a tracking notification from China and an email to say the order was delayed. Following this I cancelled the order, prior to despatch, and requested a refund. Company have gone dark and no longer responding to my emails.

This is a total scam that appeared on my Facebook feed, foolishly I fell for it.

never received goods, says its been sent by Royal Mail, when looking at where the goods are the location doesn't exist. Tried emailing the company email returned as the domain doesn't exist.

100% polyester. All poorly made. Poor refund policy, offering 20% refund or spend £15-25 postage to return items and get “full” refund. Took about a month to arrive.

I ordered a ?leather? Jacket from this site , then saw these bad reviews about one hour after ordering.. tried to cancel but they conveniently had already sent.. I held out some hope but just arrived. Disappointed it’s says on site leather jacket and came pvc .. pretty blatant and missold.., there returns policy is shocking… I never fall for scams but this one caught me off guard..

I bought a puffer / bomber jacket from them which looked fantastic on the facebook advert, but when it arrived it was flat, & the fabric terrible. I’ve asked for a refund from ‘Emily’ in customer services 5 times & they either ignore my emails or offer me a partial refund. So far they’ve offered 30% & 40%. I’ve said I want a full refund.
