From the minute I got intouch with Aura flight it was so straight forward knowing my partner was in safe hands even when the courier collected his ashes he was very respectful of what he was collecting Ella from Aura flight kept intouch through the journey which im very grateful for couldn't ask for a better experience in this difficult time

Everyone at Aura made the final journey for my father-in-law so beautiful and utterly memorable. I hope Arthur is looking down on Chris, Carol, Hazel and Pam with immense pride. The video we received is beautifully put together and so moving. Thank you to everyone for making Arthur’s final wish a stunning reality

We have recently had our son Matthew’s ashes scattered in space with this Company and can honestly say that from the first contact with Samantha and then with Elle we received an outstanding service. They are both so kind and compassionate and nothing was too much trouble. Elle was so kind every time I spoke to her and answered all my questions and never tried to rush me to make a decision. We feel we made the right decision for Matthew and the video and framed photograph and usb stick are all just perfect. We would highly recommend this Company and the service provided was amazing.

Amazing. My husband Shawn wished to be scattered into the stratosphere and Aura flights certainly ensured his wish came true. I have no words other than im truly thankful for the unique experience that happened and for all the updates from wonderful Elle. Was a pleasure meeting a few of the staff very friendly and explained everything precisely.

What a service and what a experience. From start to finish Aura Flights and their team have just been amazing ! I'd never come across this service before but whilst searching for alternative ways to lay to rest ashes I discovered them and am I glad I did. From the first moment of contact until the last every step of the way the Aura Team (Samantha, Mike and especially Elle to name a few) have just been fantastic. Highly professional and extremely understanding and patient at what is a difficult time. I only wish my parents were here to see it! Can highly recommend. The process is just beautiful.

I was unsure as to where to scatter my parents ashes and read about this company in a magazine. From the moment I contacted them until my parents went on their final journey I received nothing but kindness and compassion. It was worth every penny and beautifully carried out. From the first call with Samantha and then with Elle they both struck a perfect and rare balance of being friendly, caring and professional all at the same time. Always quick to respond to any questions and always had time to talk. The phrase that made me instinctively appreciate I had made the right choice was when Samantha said we want to know a little about your husband as we like to get a sense of the person we are caring for. I shared the eulogy and the conversation afterwards demonstrated that Samantha had clearly read this and understood why having my husband’s ashes scattered in space was such a good fit.

My husband Daryl was always referred to by name in all communication, and I was treated with compassion and respect, they made the whole process personal.

Elle could not have been more helpful in keeping me updated throughout from collection of the ashes to the launch window, and subsequent updates on when the launch happened and sharing and checking the video. And even later working with me to ensure I could receive the USB and photo safely.

All friends and family are completely awe struck by this and many tears have been shed watching the video. I just wish Daryl could have seen this !

Aura Flights were brilliant from the start to finish. They were understanding and kind. I had to travel a lot for work so wanted to start the process but not deal with mum's launch would away. They were very patient. I knew mum's ashes were on safe hands as they kept us updated. The finished result of the video speaks for itself.

A wonderful service to send our loved ones ashes into the stratosphere! I never thought I'd actually be able to achieve my husbands wish of 'being up with the stars' in such a beautiful way. We were treated with great care throughout the process and kept informed at every step of the way. Having a beautiful video of the event, tailored to our individual requirements, is something that we will treasure forever. Thanks so much for making it all possible!

Elle, Samantha and the team were brilliant from first contact onwards. My husband's final wish has been fulfilled by a very caring team who are obviously very passionate about what they do. I was very angry, but now everything is okay

I came across this opportunity to scatter my late husband’s ashes in space, quite by accident, and I’m so glad that I did.

Everything in the process was thoroughly thought through and delivered with patience, compassion, kindness and professionalism. I extended my heartfelt gratitude to each and every member of the team for making this available for our loved ones. It is extraordinary and it brings such solace to those of us privileged enough to remain on our beautiful planet.

I arranged a gathering of close friends and family to watch the memorial video and they found it to be both fascinating and moving. Without exception all those gathered thought that it was something my late husband would have absolutely wanted to do, had he have known about it. It has also brought a huge amount of comfort to his close friends and family to know that he is freely circumnavigating our planet, taking in beautiful views from a sunny position and is with everyone wherever they are.

Elle is an incredible ambassador for Aura flights and has gone above and beyond to ensure that everything took place within an incredibly short time frame. She listened to small details which made a significant difference and was patient, kind and professional. I cannot thank the team enough for helping me in this part of my journey.

From start to finish I cannot praise these people enough.
Samantha was friendly and patient answering all my questions before I made the decision to go ahead.
From then on I dealt with Elle who deserves a medal for putting up with my endless emails & phone calls. She kept me informed & up to date on every step of the process.
I live in Northern Ireland and Dr Chris Rose came to my house to collect Pete's ashes - he was an absolute gentleman and very respectful of the fact he now had my Husband's ashes.
I had requested the ashes were launched as near to his birthday as possible and again they did not disappoint - it was within 3 days (I can't hold them responsible for the weather!!)
Tom, a member of the Creative Team, did an absolutely unbelievable job on the Memorial Video. He had to put up with me constantly telling Elle what I wanted changed. The two of them were exceptional.
All in all I cannot recommend them enough - I just wish there were more than 5 stars on the rating as they deserve so much more.
Thank you to everyone involved, you made what could have been a difficult & emotional process much, much easier for me.
