A pleasant experience for my MOT & Service would recommend

Had my brake pads replaced at Ascocars while I waited. Really happy with the job, replaced without any issues and at a fantastic price. Would highly recommend.

Very bad customer service. The guy named Umar he has no sense to talk with the customer, when I asked him can you please explain what is the issue with the old bearing then he replied very rudely saying that if you want the explanation then go to Mercedes they will explain you and if you want me to explain then I will charge you another £150.. Not happy at all with their prices and services. Not Recommended.

Very efficient, good customer service, service was done quickly and the waiting area is good (I recommend booking a lunch time appointment as there is a subway there)

It was worth travelling from Leicester to Ascocars for Service B on my Mercedes GLA excellent customer service,comfortable waiting area.

I took my Mercedes GLC for a Service B but on the day had a problem with my AC on the way. They managed to service and fix the problem on the day and the car is driving smoothly. Definitely will recommend this service to others.

Ascocars are the only Mercedes specialist i would recommended if you need your car sorted out in London . No jobs is too complicated for this company very efficient & extremely knowledgable on technical side .

Smooth process and very quick considering the work that needed doing. Umar explained everything thoroughly as I wanted to sell my car and needed the essentials doing. He made it clear what needed to be done and how urgently. Happy to say less than a week later the car is now sold!

if you need high-quality, professional and affordable repair of your Mercedes, I sincerely recommend this company! our problem could not be solved by 5 people, they were our last hope, we did not believe until the end that someone would do this to us, my husband and I argued, my husband did not believe in the solutions at all, and I said 85% that they would do it and I was not wrong. the reason was found and fixed!
