I was initially hesitant to try a new service provider, as I’ve always serviced my car with Mercedes Ascot and Chelsea. However, after three disappointing experiences with Mercedes Ascot, I knew it was time for a change. Ascocars came highly recommended, and I reached out via Instagram. They responded quickly and were incredibly professional and efficient throughout the process.

After being let down by my usual garage, I decided to try Asco Cars after seeing them on instagram.
From the initial phone call, to the diagnostic on my car, to carrying out the works. Everything was explained clearly and I was updated on the works and what was being done to my car.

Ascocars truly helped me out and made my life and experience less stressful and resolved the mess I went through after going through hell with Motoeasy and Halfords, whom had no idea about my Mercedes but also a half baked job and messing me around.

Not wanting to wait days for Motoeasy and their selected Halfords garage and other none specialist garage, I found Ascocar, I wasn’t expecting anything but just another headache but am glad I was wrong.

Ascocar raised my expectations very quickly, just speaking to them you already knew these guys know their stuff and are true specialist as advertised, true customer care, support and high level professionalism from start to finish. Days of hell with others, all dealt with in a few hours by the real pro’s!!

Expect to be looked after and in great hands but also aftercare advice. First time customer and am coming back but also will be only using AscoCars as my main specialist for my Mercedes, with also great pricing package of service.

I used to doubt specialists as they’ve always charged me over the moon for the smallest of jobs, but AscoCars has really been a God sent for me.
I have now taken my BMW to Ascocars twice and I can say with full confidence I will never look back.
The whole process is seamless, the team is absolutely amazing, everyone is really honest and knowledgeable of their job. They keep you up to touch every part of the way, and are always ready to help.
All the parts are factory so you have nothing to worry about, all work is uploaded onto the iDrive and you are given a sheet with everything that has been done.
Not to mention the prices are the most competitive I’ve come across!
I will never even think of taking my car to BMW again, I have all the confidence on these guys. They are also located in one of the most accessible places in London right by the M4 and A4 in Chiswick which makes it super easy to get to.

This is the only garage I will ever use. Umer explains everything in detail and even has videos of the work being done. Really good experience with Asco cars , Umar and his team work efficiently. I have used them 3 times(service A, service B and a Vacuum pump replacement) the services for A and B were quick, I will use them again in the near future

I had my GLC43 AMG serviced recently as Asco Cars. Good level of availability and communication with video updates and service completed in a few hours using original Mercedes parts. Full Mercedes online servicing records updated. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

They are always a great experience for me. Treat me with respect and they always do a fantastic job. I’ve gone for my service, recently had a fuel leak and other things fixed with them and now my car drives so much better

Second visit to Asco for my GLC and smashed it again. Car wasn’t going into gear with bunch of errors and got sorted by him asap. Towed to him late morning and sorted by the afternoon. They know what they’re doing.
