Wonderful service
Wonderful service. Robert Mcgivern was so helpful and reassuring. He had a very kind and calming manner and has talked me through my finances. There was no judgment just encouragement and supportive discussion and signposting. Thank you Rob for being such a nice gentleman in my most stressful time

Being in this position is incredibly stressful, so being able to deal with kind, compassionate and helpful people makes the experience much less awful. The team member was able to provide a solution swiftly and kept me updated on progress throughout all the steps.

Outstanding Claire!
I spoke to Claire a good few months ago. She's lovely and made me feel at ease. It was a pleasant surprise when she picked up the phone again on my recent enquiry. She pointed out she remembered speaking to me, then I said "is that Claire!!?" She definitely deserves a Blue Peter badge!!

Excellent service
I was listened to and got the help I needed. I felt valued and even though it is about unpaid debts I felt understood and not a bad person.. Everything was explained to me and I a mutual arrangement sorted. I have received an email with a full breakdown of everything. Excellent service
