Mortgage agreement, Adeolu Kosoku. Ascent on a number of…
I contacted Ascent on a number of occasions regarding financial difficulties and my mortgage situation.
At all times they were professional, courteous and supportive.
On 18th September I called late in the afternoon.
I spoke with Adeolu Kosoku. He was so helpful, he listened and made sure I was fully updated throughout our conversation.My wife and
I have been through life changing difficulties recently, Adeolu was empathetic, professional and knowledgeable.
He stayed on the line way past his Friday closing time.
He arranged a payment agreement for us. Most importantly he took such a weight off my shoulders.
I am so grateful, thank you as a company and thank you Adeolu .

Will not contact me
I have tried contacting multiple times with no response. When you get through it is the wrong person and they do nothing to help. The right person never calls back when requested. They seem determined to make me homeless despite my offer to repay all arrears as soon as I get my pension.

I was so worried to call up and discuss my account but I had nothing to worry about my advisor made me feel at ease and went through everything at my own pace. We got everything solved and I feel at peace thank you so much as this was hard for me to do as I was burying my head in the sand.

Be VERY CAREFUL
On 21st June, I emailed your team a formal Mortgage Hold Request. I enclosed a Deed of Variation from my sister’s solicitors, outlining the exact inheritance sum I was legally allocated to pay off this mortgage.
Ascent failed to reply to this email, ignoring clear evidence that full repayment was imminent.
Instead of engaging with me, Ascent issued a notice of court hearing letter dated 2nd July.
I have called their offices ,.only to be answered by someone who has no clue , he took my number for them to call me back, I asked him to put a note on my case, requesting they read my emails first - NOTHING!!
I have had no emails / correspondence from them , to try and sort this out.
Just another court reminder for the 12th August for the repossession of my property.
My mortgage company are more than happy, that I am able to pay off my mortgage with my inheritance.
So I have now logged a complaint with Ascent, who replied , we will get back to you in 5 days.
So , 1st question is..... Will they??
My court hearing is 12th August.
NOW! This takes the Proverbial........Ive just received a letter from my mortgage company stating that ASCENT have ADDED MORE CHARGES!!!! 🤬

Reassuring visit
I had my visit with Sarah, she was lovely and very reassuring.
It is always difficult when you are struggling with money and people tend to bury their heads but she was very kind and only here to establish the facts of the situation not to push anything.

"John Blore" should he exist never…
"John Blore" should he exist never responded to any of my mails. His A I letter, a duplicate sent from a year ago is pointless, only recommending various real people that can help. His number goes unanswered. I can only assume the banks require someone as heartless and asinine as they are to pretend they are concerned about their customers.
