Great delivery service. Was kept fully informed, from them collecting the item from the store, to delivering it.
They gave me a delivery ‘window’ then rang me when they were ten minutes away.
Miro and Lukas were two lovely blokes. Really friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you!

Great communication throughout. Vado and the other chap that delivered were friendly and very careful. The sofa wouldnt fit through the room door so they hung about whilst i got someone to take the window. Thanks for being so paitent. Excellent job would recommend.

Love tracking kept us up to date with expected delivery time. When they arrived, Paulo and Silvio (not sure of spelling!) were fantastic. Polite and friendly. Worked quickly but with great care to deliver our sofas. Both were a credit to the company.

Both delivery men refused to take two large boxes around into the back garden as they wouldn’t fit down the side of the house, I asked if they would unbox the items for me & move the contents but they refused leaving two large boxes for me to unpack & lift all the stuff around into the back garden myself, not the delivery service I was expecting to be honest. If I’d of been a pensioner I would have been stuck there with no clue what to do to get my items into the garden. Not great service I’m afraid.

Chris, who was on his own, arrived as requested. He was very polite and helpful. Excellent service.

Was a great service gave me alot of updates on delivery time and got Chris got the parcel on the patio where I needed it would use again 100%

We have recently had to have a lot of furniture delivered and the service from this company was fantastic. We could follow the van route and when the item was delivered it was taken out of the box, all packaging removed. The drivers were polite, friendly and helpful

Miro and Bogdan delivered our sofa today, on behalf of ABS, and their service and professionalism was outstanding! It wasn’t an easy location for them but they showed huge skill and dexterity! Brilliant delivery service, I could see the wagon coming up the street going very gentle over bumps , which you dont usually see. Was so careful and super friendly bringing my packages in.

Disgraceful service ordered a sofa for my elderly grandparents (75 years old) asb wanted to deliver the sofa at 6am I explained that my grandparents are OAPS and this would be too early for them, they then told me it would be delivered between 9/1 which was fine I told my grandparents to expect them at this time! 7am came they was still In bed and two men came BANGING the door down gave them the fright of there life’s! Absolute disgusting service!

Brilliant service - WhatsApp message checking best date for me, another follow up checking date still ok and approximate time, phone call on the morning saying 20 mins away - delivery guys friendly and efficient bringing sofa in and setting it up. Then took away all the packaging - just perfect! 👌
