Adriano and his partner were very friendly and polite. We were kept updated of estimated time of delivery. We couldn't fault the service and wouldn't hesitate to use the service again

Excellent delivery service!
Tomasz (Kebab) and Leszek (Leon) were absolutely fantastic. They delivered our sofa, carried it carefully into the house and placed it in the chosen room, where they also assembled it professionally.
The communication before the delivery was excellent, and their professionalism was noticeable at every stage of the service. They were friendly, efficient, and took great care of everything.

I received my delivery from ASB Delivery, and the whole process was excellent. I received a booking confirmation, was contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date, and received tracking details by email. The drivers called before arrival and delivered on time. Very professional service with no issues at all. Highly recommended. Thank you, ASB!

have just delivered some new furniture to our property
It's not often that you get a delivery on time never mind early but these guys were early
Followed delivery instructions kept me up to date with the live tracker. Contacted me 40 minutes away from the property couldn't have asked for more.

When at the property respected and took care bringing the extremely heavy items in
Took away all the wrappings and left the furniture where I'd asked them to place it.

You can tell they take pride in there work and are very helpful would definitely recommend Peter and Bence to do future deliveries other delivery companies could do with learning and following there professionalism.

Excellent delivery by Milo and Bogdan. Very courteous and careful. Particularly with the two armchairs which were heavy and cumbersome. Thoroughly recommend Milo and Bogdan.

The best delivery experience ever!
The drivers (Sebastian; unfortunately, I don't know the other man's name) were punctual, polite, and very professional. They patiently answered all my questions and made every effort to avoid damaging the sofa or anything else in my home.
They constructed the sofa also with great care.
I highly recommend ASB Delivery Services; everything is handled to the highest standard.
I'm impressed, which is rare these days!

Miro and Bogdan did an amazing job of delivering and putting together a writing desk. Nothing was too much trouble. They put it together in our lounge as they had more space to manoeuvre and then transferred it to a smaller room down the corridor. They took all the packaging away and made sure we were happy with their service. We need more guys like this and as the saying goes :”A company is only as good as their staff”. Well these two are a credit to ASB in my experience.

Nonsensical at first

Unfunny nightmare of alleged collections from 10 to 20 April
Two separate purchases from Vintage sofa Co.
First Collection by ASB ordered on 9.4.26 was still awaiting collection on 17th April tho they told me it had been collected on 14th However another item ordered 10 April was collected 13 April. I asked to wait til everything could be collevted together and delivered together to keep their costs down. No wonder transport costs are high...8 trips for collection and delivery. It could have been 2.
Tried phoning ASB four times . Each time a recorded message saying " this voicemail is full, you cannot leave a message". Eventually got through and told collection would be on 17 or 18th April. Then the phoned back to say everything had been collected and delivery would be 20th April.
Thet assured me both were being delivered 20 April. Both were on drivers manifest. Only one was. The sofa still had not been collected. !!!
Both collections were from same place.
Wont be buying again from Vintage sofa. This was their choice of delivery service.
Got more action after I reported the purchase of the sofa as a possible scam.
Owner and his manager fromASB got involved and finally went to collect on 21 and delivered on 23rd.
Actual delivery drivers were lovely but the whole notion of sustainability and managing costs especially with high fuel prices woefully lacking.ifbincreased costs of delivery are passed on to consumers later this year then unnecessary trips need to be avoided.
Thanks to J.P and Alex who sorted it in the end. Thanks to all drivers.

The two delivery guys (I didn’t catch their names) who delivered our new mattress yesterday morning did an amazing job! They had to carry a heavy mattress into the house down a 70ft garden, and also took our old one away as we had paid for recycling. Thank you for a swift and no hassle delivery, and a great service!!
