When I receive a 16 sampler of essential oils, on multiple occasions I have to manually tighten each and every bottle by hand, because they are ALL loose and half of my Frankincense was missing as was my lemon and sweet orange. I'll be buying from Amazon from now on because I had this problem a year ago, after you were made known of this problem with packaging, you refused to do anything about it. At least Amazon has the decency to listen to my problems and act accordingly.

Toxic. I received a hand sanitizer product that stank with a chemical odor that irritated my nose and throat and made me feel ill. They said there was a "bad batch" and sent me a replacement which was just as bad. They would not accept a return and I had to treat it as toxic waste which was logistically challenging during a pandemic. Then came to find out the product was contaminated with benzene, a known carcinogen!
Look it up. From a Bloomberg article on 03-24-21: The pharmacy’s test results were verified by Yale University’s Chemical and Biophysical Instrumentation Center and Boston Analytical, a private lab. On Wednesday, Valisure asked the Food and Drug Administration to take action on the contaminated products.

It took a long time to receive the order and no way to contact customer service. No communication once order was placed but quick to take payment!

I like Art Naturals hand sanitizer better than Purell. Art Naturals cares for hands. Purell not so much.

Art naturals increased the prices dramatically during the pandemic and price gauged its customers. The alcohol smell was super strong!! Also they gave a non scented and coconut scented (that did not smell like coconut) and through my many emails to them I got no responses and their phone lines were messages saying they were too busy. I believe the company's way of treating customers says a lot about their business and this is NOT one I would recommend.

Thank You for not raising your prices and banging out hand sanitizer when no one else could at the beginning of the pandemic 🌈

Horrible Sanitizer smells horrible over priced

The hand sanitizer I purchased was ridiculously overpriced.

The ingredients label on the box, vs the bottles of shampoo/conditioner are vastly different.
On Amazon's website, it specifically says it has DHT blockers however on the actual product, this is not mentioned anywhere.
I started purchasing the Argan Oil hair regrowth set back in 2016 and the labels at that time specfically mentioned the DHT blockers. Since then, there have been a few changes to the label/ingredients and now I don't believe I am receiving the same quality product. I have noticed an increase in how much hair I shed which only adds to my doubts.
I am very disappointed to say the least, and will not be repurchasing this product again.
Why did it change? I feel you are misleading your customers and this is wrong.

Fraud company. I ordered, but immediately realized that it won't be shipped until 3 weeks. I instantly reached out to them to cancel the order, but I was told they can't cancel it since the order is already placed. How come they can't cancel an order which was placed less than 1 hour back?
Also, they never shipped the complete order. It's been over a year and I haven't received it but they were quick to charge my card. It's a shame that to increase their revenue they would take such measures, especially during the unprecedented year the whole world experienced. $50 wont' make me go broke, but it shows their unethical practices and how cheap their integrity is.
Lastly, independent research has shown their hand sanitizers have the highest amount or carcinogens and should be stopped immediately. Yet, they keep selling it. This attitude towards their customers should be sufficient than my case as to how much they care about their customers and customer service.

Took forever to get to me, hand sanitizer smells so bad it’s almost unusable.

For a few years I have used and enjoyed art naturals products. 
Last November I tried to order but was locked out of my account. I reached out to the company a few times to have the problem resolved. As of this writing I still haven't received a return response. 
Interestingly enough I signed up using a different email address and had the same issues. I even went as far as to use a different computer on a different network and still no success.
There are many companies who sell the same type of products that artnaturals does that actually will respond to your emails when you have questions.No need to say don't waste your money buying from artnaturals because you can't spend it there even if you wanted to. 
I hate leaving bad reviews, but when I wrote to the company earlier this week once again and still had no response, what choice did I have other than to tell the truth.
Clearly artnaturals is big enough and has enough customers that they don't feel the need to be responsive to their client emails.

artnaturals is THE worst. It's a scam. They scammed tons of people and took advantage during a vulnerable time, a pandemic. I ordered product, received confirmation email, paid for the product and then nothing--no product, no status emails, no answering their phone, no returning messages, no responses to emails. artnaturals had my money, but I didn't have what I paid for. Only when I finally contacted the attorney general did I receive 1 of the 4 products I ordered and it was partially open and leaking in the shipping box. BUYER BEWARE!

Great men's products. Easy on sensitive skin. Does the job🙂

It was early in the pandemic and hand sanitizer was hard to find and thought I would get higher end product if I was going to spend $50. Website said in stock but took weeks to get and only after many inquiries. The hand sanitizer was not very pleasant smelling to say the least and left a bit of a sticky feeling. I ended up throwing 2/3 of the gallon away. I would have left 1 star review but it was a hard time for many companies so figured you were having supply problems or something.
Hope your products are better these days but I’m not willing to spend more money to find out.

this face cream and eye cream are awesome!

I was very pleased with my order. The scents from artnaturals was very calming, aromatic and provided good aromatherapy. Also very potent. I would buy this product again.
