Horrible product made in China.
Took over 45 days to get my product and refund .

I made a purchase last year during Covid-19 lockdown. My order arrived very late (few weeks late). There was no way to reach someone at customer service.
I send few messages to them and didn't receive any response.

Working with ArtNaturals was absolute awful experience. The product received was inconsistent; most bottles were unbearable to handle due to the pungent smell. Additionally, the charged amount changed from the checkout screen to the approval screen and after MONTHS of trying to reach someone, I got nowhere. The auto-response from calling customer service was to email because they were too busy to answer the phone, but they were also too busy to respond to emails. The products were ordered April 2020 and I finally got through to someone at the end of 2020 -- unacceptable. We regret spending the thousands spent and will never purchase again, nor would we ever refer anyone to use the products.

The return and exchange was easy peasy - No complaints. You all are just fantastic. The customer advocate I spoke with was understanding and knew exactly what I needed. The product is excellent.

I ordered hand sanitizer several times. I liked the product, great pricing and arrived right on time!

Never refunded, or replaced ANY of my previous damaged purchases. 2 of the purchases were unopened, and leaking when the package arrived and was open. 1 was a different type of essential oil all together. It was a completely different color, consistency, and smell entirely. They were all the same kind of essential oil. All 3 were Lime, and they were on 2 different orders. I’ve contacted artnaturals both times, and have never received a phone call(3309641251), email, or replaced products either time. I have proof of purchase and damaged products still. Just waiting for ANY ASSISTANCE. I spend a lot of money on their products, as I only buy their oils. So it’s really disappointing, and I’m considering shopping elsewhere.

They always make sure they addressed the issues promptly and quickly. Always an outstanding service with them!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Several weeks had gone by after placing an order. When I heard nothing, I inquired about the order. Received email back indicating my order has been canceled without even asking me. A month goes by and I get an errant email saying one item has been shipped. I contacted them and told them they can keep it, don't want it anymore. Another four months go by when I get another errant email saying they're shipping the other item. Save yourself and find another company.

I ordered some oils back in February as of June I still have not received them.... I tried contacting customer service several times and nobody ever got back to me.....Very disappointed....

No issues - fast delivery

I've been purchasing your hand sanitizer for several months through Amazon. I like all of the scents, especially Coconut.
One request, if possible, don't put the labels so close together because it's hard to tell how much remains.

I like the HIGH QUALITY Alcohol. 99% & packaged in Crystal Clear Bottles, which are reusable by removing the Label. You can remove the Label by using a Paper Towel & the Alcohol itself. Wet two or more Paper Towels with the Alcohol & rub the Label with the Alcohol wet paper towels. Use your fingernail to slowly peel & remove the label. Once the label is removed, you'll want to remove the sticky gluey residue by also using the alcohol soaked Paper Towel. Lastly, if you want to remove the Spout, use a ruler or tape measure & measure the bottom from top as you rotate & mark lines with a Sharpie & cut along the lines with a box cutter or scissors.

I submitted an order late March and only part of the order was sent. I reached out to the support email three times and they have not responded. I have been a customer for quite some time and very much like the products.

ArtNaturals Hand Sanitizer Scent Free,
After I placed the order online for a gallon of the product, it was over a month before I received it. In the meantime there was no one answering the phones at ArtNaturals to let me know what the delay was all about. I then found smaller, 1/2 pint bottles of the product at a local retailer. I passed these smaller bottles out to family members, advising them to use the gallon jug for refills.
Then recently I read a report online about there being the more than the allowed limits of Benzene, a known carcinogen. We are not talking about 1% or 2%, it was tested at dangerously high levels. I am just waiting for the FDA to come out with their findings before I determine my next course of action.

Unfortunately my experience with your products in null, since my shipping never come, I got charged for the products and never received them, when I called inquiring about the products, I was told I was out of luck, since they had no information on my order what so ever.
