I subscribed to the Elite Weekly Plan… and I want to cancel it but there is no cancel button
I subscribed to the Elite Weekly Plan for $6.99/week to test the platform. While the tool itself works, the billing system is extremely frustrating.
There is no clear option to cancel the subscription from the account dashboard. The profile and billing pages only show credits and purchase options, but there is no visible “Cancel Subscription” or “Manage Subscription” button. This makes it unnecessarily difficult for users to stop recurring charges.
Transparent billing and easy cancellation should be standard for any online service. I strongly recommend the company improve the account management and make the cancellation process clear and accessible.
Until then, users should be cautious when subscribing.

Cool product for reasonable price
I use it a lot for generating images for my Graphic Design job, it's a good tool if you know how to prompt properly. Works pretty fast

Weekly surprise charges, nightmare cancelation
Terrible results, you would getter better results with any other GenAI page. They are very sneaky with charges, they charge you weekly!! And you can't cancel on their page, you have to send an email and wait ages for them to reply. Horrible horrible product.

SCAM! Unable to Cancel Payments| DO NOT USE!
I used this site once and cancelled after finding something that suited my needs better. Unfortunately, they have continued billing me weekly and I tried using a stop-payment with my bank that didn't work. Ultimately I had to cancel my debit card and request a new one so they couldn't keep billing me. I double checked the website which says I don't have an active subscription but this still happened somehow. Do not use this scam site.

Videos are awful. Once generated you are charged regardless of results. They say "cancel any time" but there is no cancellation function. Avoid at all costs.

False "satisfaction" claim, horrible service, horrible renderings
My experience with Art-Gen.ai was extremely disappointing. The website is incredibly slow and feels like something from the early days of the internet — navigating it honestly reminded me of a poorly designed 1990s MySpace page. Pages lag, features take forever to load, and the overall platform feels outdated and unfinished.
Customer service was just as bad. Getting help was slow and frustrating, and the responses I received were vague and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they make it surprisingly difficult to cancel the service. The process feels intentionally complicated and far from user-friendly.
They also promote a satisfaction guarantee, but in my experience they do not actually stand behind it. When I attempted to resolve my concerns, that guarantee meant nothing and no meaningful support was provided.
Between the slow website, poor customer support, and the difficulty canceling, this was one of the most frustrating online services I’ve dealt with. Do not end up on this site by accident. They try to get you on their site by using SEO to steal from much better AI sites.
Edit to reply: As I told you via email if you have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and dont stand by it, you are misleading your customers. You have to use the product to be able to be satisfied or not. Your product was by far the worst I've encountered in AI ever which HOW lol. I thought oh I can just use any AI website generator. Obviously not. Yours looked like MySpace 07. Your service and product are horrible, otherwise I wouldnt have taken the time to write my first ever review here on trustpilot. Obviously by your rating... others agree. Don't waste your money here folks!

I use art-gen every day both for work…
I use art-gen every day both for work tasks (mostly for creating all kind of ads) and also sometimes for fun - like to put my friend's face into some weird image or to try on different hairstyles. I love that I don't need to switch between different apps all the time and can just do everything in one place. Hope they'll develop even more with time so I as a pro creater I could create even mooooore complex things.

Impossible to cancel! They made it very difficult to cancel and it's intentional. Do not patronise this platform, you will regret it. They also bill weekly and I have been trying to cancel for a whole month!

Appalling. The videos and prompts were terrible. You then couldn't cancel the rolling payments. Emailed 3 times with no reply. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Also as you won't respond to any of my emails - but assume you'll read this. CANCEL OUR ACCOUNT AND STOP CHARGING ANY MONEY. YOUR SERVICE IS APPAULING.

Lack of Customer Support
I have tried for multiple days to cancel my service with their support email address. Their website says "cancel anytime", but good luck with that. I have not heard a word from them. With a weekly subscription, there needs to be a way to cancel quickly so you don't get billed again. That is not the experience you will get with this company. I had to contact my credit card company to put a stop pay from this vendor to prevent further changes since no one from support will contact me back. Poor service.
