Arrow Motor Company is owned and managed by Ryan Trevelyan. I have worked for multiple different brands, selling both volume and prestige vehicles, as well as brand new and used vehicles. I decided I would use my extensive knowledge and vast experience, that I have obtained throughout my distinguished career, to set up my own car sales company. We also stock a wide range of used vehicles, to suit many different requirements and budgets, all of which are very competitively priced. When it comes to buying cars for our stock, we are very particular about finding the right cars. We personally make sure that we only stock vehicles which adhere to our very high standards in relation to; Age, Mileage, Specification, History and Condition. All of our cars are hand selected, independently health checked and are fully HPI clear. We think that buying your next car shouldn’t be a difficult process, which is why we make buying a car as easy and as hassle free as possible. If required, we can provide our customers with some fantastic finance options. Through our wide panel of lenders, we can offer our customers a range of different finance options, with every customer getting a personalised quotation, regardless of their credit score and credit history. We are confident that we can get almost anyone accepted on finance with one of our many lenders, even if they have a poor credit score. Every car we sell comes with a minimum of 3 months warranty, a number of our vehicles actually come with the balance of their original manufacturers warranty. First class service and advice
Service and after service from Ryan was first class. We had a small problem with our Ford Fiesta, with Ryan's help we sorted the issue locally rather than having to take the car back to Darlington from Bradford.
Car hasn't missed a beat since. We even had an issue with our insurance but Ryan had a suggestion to overcome that too. Would definitely recommend Arrow Motor Company and will be the first place I look when looking for another car

Fantastic Service
Well where do i start with this great company. I initially was looking at a Seat Leon that wasn't in there stock however Ryan who I dealt with was like just have a look around the stock on site and see if theirs anything you fancy. No pressuring nothing like that you get with all big brands like Evans halshaw to name an example. I looked at a Tiguan initially however was too much for my figures personally. Looked on their website and found a lovely little ford focus so i text Ryan and after finalizing the digits, got a great rate on my Mini Cooper and drove away in the lovely Focus.
I had probably the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time since buying cars, no pressure tactics just a simple transaction and Ryan is just a great sales man. I would happily buy plenty of cars off Ryan in the future as he is a great leader in the field.
All the best Ryan and here's to many miles in my Focus from yourself ( I will get another car with yourselves most likely, just not yet ha)

Honda CRV
This was our first car purchase for several years. From start to finish Matthew was superb and made the whole experience including a test drive superb.
The vehicle , a Honda CRV , was well presented and has been a pleasure to drive…..we are really enjoying using it.

Ford Fiesta Titanium X
I contacted Arrow Motor Company to view the car which was promptly arranged. Ryan showed me round the car and then I took in on a test drive. He then honestly answered every question and I had a few! Ryan was helpful sorting all the payment side of things with excellent correspondence. On collection of the car I met Matthew who once again sorted all the paper work, tax etc. There was no sales pressure at all and both Ryan and Matthew made it a pleasurable experience. After purchasing the car Ryan contacted me to check everything was still ok. I would highly recommend Arrow Motor Company.

Best car dealership we have ever used
We previously bought our new car just before Christmas and we absolutely love it. We have had a follow up call from the garage to see how we like it and to ask if we had any issues, we have never had this before and we just felt it was such a lovely thing for them to do. We definitely feel like this is the best garage we have ever dealt with . We will definitely be using them again. We will be recommending them to anyone that wants a reliable car with zero stress of buying a new car.

Great company
We were with our son when he bought his first car a Vauxhall Corsa from Arrow Motor Company in November 2023. Matthew and Ryan were lovely. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and we would definitively recommend them.
Our son was a learner driver at the time, he has since passed his test in December and has been driving all over the place in his car.

Bought a car off Matthew for my mam, the car was ideal for her needs. Purchase of my Audi RS5
I just want to thank Matt and Ryan who were both extremely helpful in a very smooth and easy purchase. I have been after an RS5 for the past 6 months and this one ticked all the boxes.
