Every car we sell comes with a minimum of 3 months warranty, a number of our vehicles actually come with the balance of their original manufacturers warranty. Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. I was kept updated throughout and felt the experience was personal and the sales team honest which made me feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very accommodating. I definitely recommend the company and will be using again in the future.

Fantastic personal experience buying from Arrow Motor Company. I traveled from Scotland because I felt I could trust the company. They are highly skilled salesmen that puts your needs first. This was my most expensive car purchase so I asked many questions and not all at once. This was never a problem. Aftercare service is much appreciated as well. Friendly and straightforward
Had a nice straightforward time purchasing the new car, just friendly service without any hassle or pushing.

Rang to view a vehicle and spoke to and met Oliver.Very friendly and helpful kept in contact throughout. Was promised that the vehicle would have a few things done to it before collection and all were done to a high standard. Only met Ryan briefly but was also friendly. Had a decent test drive and very happy with my vehicle. No hard sell on anything which is nice, in all a pain free experience cheers Oliver & Ryan.

Excellent service
I dealt with Oliver directly throughout the Purchase of my 2014 mk7 VW Golf GTD. Really nice to deal with. Always available to talk on the phone and via email. Excellent service. Luckily managed to collect my new car before the Coronavirus lockdown, Only downside is I've only managed to drive my car twice since owning it!

Brilliant service!
Absolute pleasure dealing with both Ollie and Ryan, after viewing the car, which was clean and in an immaculate show room, I was happy with the car and asked to have the car before Saturday (first viewing was Wednesday afternoon) I actually picked it up the Friday so bonus.
Everything I asked from Ollie was done with no stress etc, even down to changing the key battery for me before I left, then when I returned to hand the log book over from my previous car, Ryan actually took the time to help remove the back seats to get the seat belt out from underneath from before I bought it.
Nothing was too much from either gentleman and I will definitely be recommending the garage and returning for my next car purchase without hesitation. Thank you for one of the best car buying experiences!

Not your typical car salesmen
From the initial test drive to completing the purchase the process was easy. Ryan was helpful and knowledgeable but never pushy.
Even when we unfortunately experienced a fault a few days after purchase, both Ryan and Oliver were very helpful and accommodating to ensure the car was put right quickly and also to make sure we weren't stranded without a vehicle. I would definitely shop here again and recommend to friends and family.

As a first time buyer I couldn’t be any more pleased with the service I received , Such pleasant people they went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and happy with there service from first phone call to meeting in person to test driving my car, one member of staff in particular went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible even managing to respond to all of my out of hour queries. I would highly recommend them and look forward to using them again in the future.
