Aromabath is a family run business specialising in designer and luxury bathroom brands. We have been established for over 30 years trading as J.P. Distributors Ltd. We started off in 1988 as a plumbing shop in Chadwell Heath, Essex and then developed and progressed over the years to open our own luxury Showroom as a concession in a department store called Harrison Gibson, Ilford in 1997. After the success of our presence in Harrison Gibson we decided why not open our very own 2-floor Showroom in Seven Kings, Essex which happened in 2004. We have been here ever since and pride ourselves on value for quality and service.

Excellent Service
I have been recently looking for a steel bath, mainly from one of two manufacturers, Kaldewei and Bette. I settled on BetteSelect but to my dismay very few retailers actually had the bath available for view in their showrooms. Being able to see it in the exact size I wanted was an even greater long shot.
I don't often write reviews or name drop but when I do, I like to think it is with good reason. Will Capiron of Aromabath in Seven Kings, not only arranged for the bath to be made available for me to see in the size that I wanted but also gave me the option of saying "no" if it didn't meet expectation.
Glazed baths can look very different in "the flesh" to viewing them on a monitor online. For this reason I my wanted to view before I purchased and wanted to be confident that I had the right shape of bath to meet my requirements.
I'm sure the bath I have purchased is great but I cannot vouch for that just yet having only just received it but I'd like to express my thanks to you for going the extra mile with your customer service.

The Best Customer Service
After spending weeks deciding on bathroom fittings, some of the products were out of stock with manufacturers. Will at Aromabath bent over backwards to find the items for me to enable me to finish my project in a timely manner.
He also advised me in regards to the type of shower to buy to use with a combi boiler. Not even the sales person at the Duravit showroom gave me this advise - or even asked what type of boiler I had.
If only everyone offered this level of service the world would be a better place.
Don't look anywhere else - go to Aromabath.

Stand alone in service and products
Absolutely the best bathroom showroom, staff Will and Manjit were helpful, professional, nothing was too much trouble.
Products were of high quality and would recommend them to everyone.
