Aroma Tea & Coffee Merchants Anmeldelser

We love Aroma coffee, evolution blend is our favourite. Since visiting the lovely little shop last summer we have become regular online customers. Fantastic flavour, well packed, great service. Would rather buy my coffee from here than the supermarket. Highly recommend. Best coffee ever and I've tried alot!

I don't drink much coffee at home but my partner does and I bought her an Aeropress for her birthday last year. Since then I've been to Aroma on half a dozen occasions to ensure that her supply is topped up.

It's a genuine pleasure visiting the shop and selecting several types of beans for her. They grind them for you at the time and to your specification. The shop is in a lovely old building in a pleasant part of Shrewsbury and is packed with interesting products relating to tea, coffee and other infusions. They also have a range of posh chocolates which I've sampled a couple of times if I feel like a treat.

It's always a pleasure to support independent businesses like this and it's pleasing to read other reviews of people who have used the online delivery service. Hopefully when the world returns to normal, some of them will take the time to visit Shrewsbury and get to experience the shop in person.

Wonderful product, wonderful service, would highly recommend.

I’ve tried quite a few online coffee roasters.
Aroma is undoubtedly the best. I have been using them for a few years now and the delivery is as consistently excellent as the coffee.
I’ve tried many of the blends and single origins and have settled on the Milano blend for my everyday drink.
Consistent and tasty.

Thank you so much for the speedy delivery of our French Breakfast Coffee beans to the far North!
We are enjoying the rich flavour every morning topped with hot milk.
Very helpful experienced staff.

Recieved today, wow the taste is incredible, you have a customer for life, thank you fantastic service

Fantastic Coffee and excellent personal service from a company who know their coffee, good tasting and quality coffee at much better prices than other online companies, will definitely use again, thank you Adam!

We met Andrew in the shop in December, when seeking advice following purchase of a new machine and grinder. He pointed us in the right direction re our tastes. After a slight glitch with our 2nd online order he came out personally to switch items over new year weekend, and Covid awareness on the doorstep was exemplary too....couldn’t ask for more. Thanks

Thank you very much for delivering my order to my door last night. I really didn’t expect you to do that but it demonstrates your commitment to customer care and service. Well done, thank you and have a great Christmas.

Excellent. Thank you. It would be nice to tweak the online ordering process a little. To allow logging in and account details automatically applied. At the moment these have to be applied on each visit. Happy Xmas!

Best value tea we can find having used Whittards for years and free delivery too. Shame we cant come to the shop in Shrewsbury.

Fantastic product and service. Thank you

Yet again Aroma have excelled themselves. Ordered coffee and some green tea on the Wednesday and was able to make a brew on the Saturday. Not only is the service brilliant but so are the products!

I would really recommend their coffee which is fantastic and their really fast service is amazing with such friendly staff delivering throughout lockdown. It was and is still very much appreciated.

Aromaproduces and sells stunning coffee with Aroma Colombian - Mario Guetio my own personal favourite. There are plenty to choose from for every pocket and taste

Brilliant, helpful service.

Excellent coffee and teas!
Great choices of coffee from blends to single origins. Highly recommend the Colombian.
The ginger black tea is my favourite, but who knew liquorice tea would be so good.

Thank you for supplying us.

Superfast online delivery sometimes within 24hrs and I'm in Plymouth. Quality product with excellent choice of beans, roasts and blends at a price suitable for all. I would highly recommend Aroma Shropshire Roast Blend with aroma Hazelnut Flavoured coffee at a ratio of 3:1 scoops. Try it.

Ordered online for my coffee and arrived really quick. Great communication via email to advise on the delivery status. Aroma has an easy to use web site with great descriptions of the different coffees available including different grind types to choose from. Really well priced coffee for the quality you get.

Again I ordered coffee and it was delivered within 24 hours! Delicious coffee and speedy delivery. Just what’s needed in lockdown (or lockdownish). Thanks 😊☕️
