I've been using Ark7 for 2-3 years now, and they've really stepped up their game. I liked the platform from the beginning but I like the way they are evolving and adventuring into different sectors as well. No other platform has a trading market that actually works. I have always wanted to get into the rental business but live in New York unfortunately so it is very very very expensive.

Update: they responded to my emails, and answered my questions and the issue has been resolved.

My husband suffered a catastrophic illness in 2024. Eventually, we needed to withdraw our funds from Ark7. However, I forgot to update our banking information. I was quite surprised when Ark7 responded, immediately, to assist with withdrawing the funds. The problem was resolved within 24 hours. Now, that is treating clients like family.

I’ve been unable to reach Ark7 support despite multiple attempts. Emails have gone unanswered, the listed phone numbers only lead to voicemail with no live support option, and the advertised Calendly scheduling page appears nonfunctional with no available appointments. Ark7 is holding my invested funds, yet I currently have no reliable way to speak with or get a response from a support representative. This lack of accessible customer service is extremely concerning and disappointing. I won't be recommending this to any of my friends and in fact will advise them to stay away.

It is impossible to talk to a human at this company if you have a problem! Someone hacked into my account and is selling off my properties for cheap. They have changed my password and I can't get into my account and Noone but AI bots will help me! Customer service is awful! Everything was great as long as you don't need help. I don't trust this site to be secure!!!

I would have to rate my experience with the support team as top-notch. They instructed me to screenshot the page in question for them to analyze it.

I downloaded the app entered all necessary information, next I wanted to start purchasing I was asked to fill out the SSN then I couldn’t proceed because it kept saying the account already exists. Yes of course it’s mine however I can not go past that I re downloaded login in settings all other information is correct however stuck . I have messaged support team have not received response.

I don’t like the fact that money is stuck with Ark7, will have to sell at a loss to get money back.

Initially I found the holding period and return rate to be disappointing, but the excellent customer support team was able to assist me with being able to withdraw my money (although with a fee, which is in alignment with their rules).

Great company to work with.

Very hard to sell shares. I've been waiting to sell my last share for over 6 months.

There is very little info about my purchase including the date of purchase and the selling period. They responded to my review by giving me a reference ID and a promise that their "staff" would assist me.

What I received was a bot with a programed reply on how to sell my last property. I already know how to sell on the site.

They stated the "sellable" indication but like I said, there is noting on the site that states what the holding period is or when I purchased the property.

I should also mention that Im a CPA with a long history in the real estate business. With so little information available Im thinking that it's a scam.

Stay away from Ark7!!!!

I have certainty in the company for financial support, and it's nice to get access to specific real estate investments at affordable packets.

I find the user interface somewhat clunky and hard to navigate at times--I always get to what I need to get to, but it sometimes takes a little searching.

Update 05/11/2026- this company has attempted to flag my review in every way possible and have it removed. Yet, trustpilot continues to reinstate it. Why? Because this company is dishonest and will steal your money. I have all the proof I could possibly need to show i trusted them with my money to turn around and lose $5000 of my hard earned money.
The company responds saying the following:
***As previously communicated, if verifiable bank statements or official banking documentation showing that the funds were successfully deducted and transferred to Ark7 are provided, our team will be able to investigate the matter further.***
I have documented proof, directly from the company itself saying there deposit was fully successful and received by them. How much more proof could I possibly want? Do not trust.
Update 4/30/26- Still absolutely do not trust this company. I have signed/dated contracts and emails from Yizhen Zhao, CEO of this company that say they received my money. They are liars and thieves. And unfortunately I live in Oregon and they do business in San Francisco, ca. I can not afford to take legal action through another state.

Absolutely do not trust this company. I invested $5000 with them. Almost two years later, I went to withdrawal my money only to be told that I had nothing to withdrawal. I have contracts signed and proof of my deposits. Yet, they say that they will not return my money.
