Besvarelse fra architectwatches.co.uk
Hi William,
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear your watch wasn’t working on arrival. This is extremely rare, as every watch is tested before dispatch, but clearly something went wrong here.
We offered you a replacement or a full refund on the same day you emailed us, and we’re always happy to resolve issues immediately.
Our sincere apologies again — your experience should have been much better. If there’s anything more we can do, please let us know.
Brilliant!
Got exactly what I requested. Speedy delivery, great packaging and lovely engraving all at a great price.

First purchase, went great!
Hello, this was my first order. I ordered a Rose Gold watch which is absolutely beautiful. Item was well packaged and shipping was fast. Strap was easy to adjust. I ordered from Canada. As an FYI, if you order from Canada, you will likely have to pay duties/customs (not an Architect Watch issue, just an FYI). Would consider ordering again as the product/experience was great!

Good looking watch
I chose the black face, black leather strap, shiny hands/hour markings. The watch is great, it looks good, the diameter of the face is just what I wanted and the side you see is thin. I am really pleased with the watch, ordering was simple and delivery was good.

I ordered a watch from ArchitectWatches…
I ordered a watch from ArchitectWatches and received it quickly. The design and engraving were nice, but the engraving could have been slightly larger. Packaging was lovely, but I faced extra customs fees and had to collect the parcel myself. Overall, decent experience but felt it could’ve been smoother. 3/5.

Beautiful watch, quality feel, very prompt delivery, very prompt addressing of the odd potential issues.
