It seemed to work to begin with
It seemed to work to begin with, but slowed by 15 minutes over 5 days. I tried resetting it and the same happened, then it completely stopped.
Contacting the company is just an online form that doesn’t get looked at outside of a normal working week.
They gave me a refund, which was helpful, but I needed a working watch!

Hi Holly,
Thank you for your feedback and I’m really sorry for the trouble you experienced with your watch. A watch slowing down like that is extremely rare (around 1 in every 600 watches), but we completely understand how frustrating it must have been.
We did reply to your message within 2 working days and offered a replacement straight away, and I’m glad we could process a refund for you quickly as well. That said, I’m truly sorry this wasn’t the smooth experience it should have been.
If you ever decide to give us another try, we’ll make sure everything is perfect for you.
Beautiful style & craftsmanship

Still cant workout if this is a massive scam or not put up watch for a £1 and said it was a try of softwafe after paid a £1 said will be refunded i no its only a £1 which can take up to 10 days. but not sure if i would risk spending any money on anything off here just yet. Thanks for your reply but nothing was refunded that i saw. Allgood its only a pound just thought it was a bit wierd. Other people have had great experiences by looks of it so no dramas

Hi Luke,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — and I’m really sorry for the confusion you experienced.
This issue was caused by a brief listing error which incorrectly displayed a £1 item. It wasn’t intentional, and we fixed it as soon as we became aware of it. I completely understand how this could look worrying, and I apologise for the inconvenience it caused.
As promised, your £1 was refunded in full within 3 working days.
If you have any concerns at all or need help with anything, we’re always here and happy to assist.
Thanks again for your patience and for giving us the chance to make this right.

Arrived promptly and was very well packaged. I'm very pleased with the watch, it's looks exactly as advertised. I've only worn it a few times so far so only time will tell (pun intended,) if it will be durable.

Great company and great Watch
Great service and very swift delivery. Watch beautifully wrapped in a lovely box. Absolutely delighted with the watch - bought a man's type watch for myself as love a large type face. As a present to myself I didn't have it inscribed. Would make a super gift to someone special.
